High Speed Chase!

I am going over 100 mph and I have at least 7 cops behind me.

This is a high speed chase. I'm in a high speed chase!

I sense my brothers hand goi g for the door handle and I press the lock down.

He looks over at me in disbelief.

"Let me go Conner!"

"First off no, and second its not Conner. Its James!"

"Sorry. Just let me out. Please."

"Can't let that happen."

He unlocks the door manually with his hands and then opens the door.

I reach over and grab him by the back of his collar as and pull him back in the car. I then lock the door again and turn onto the freeway.

The sirens are wailing at me and I get onto the opposing side of the freeway.

I'm swerving to dodge the cars around me and then I get back onto the right side.

There is a ditch approching on the right side and one of the cops pit monuvers me. We turn straight into the ditch and start rolling.

I reach over last second and pull my brother out of his seat and tuck him underneath my body to protect him.

I look out of the window while we were tumbling. Everything was in slow motion. I saw a circular tube sticking out from under the freeway.

One of the windows was blown out from the impact and so I times it just right so that we would go out of the window and land on the ground while the car keeps going.

We lunge out of the window and the car goes right over us. It keeps going and the cops are watching the car.

I pick up my now unconscious brother and run as fast as I can towards the tube sticking out of the ground.

It is wide enough for me to stand up inside and I keep going. I see the small light at the end of tunnel.

My brother mumbles something but I keep going.

When I get to the end its bright and I am in the middle of the street.

I see Aj pop out of no where and she sees me. She points her gun at me.

"Freeze James! I said freeze!"

I then hear her phone over the radio,

"I have James here I need back up."

I then press the button to phone over the radio too,

"No we have it handled here."

"Guys he has our radios bugged and who knows what else."

I still have Shan over my shoulder in the fireman carry and he then moves.

"Uhhh, what happened? Put me down James."

I grab him with one hand and put him in front of me holding him up.

"Look, James, Shannan and you both need help and I can do it for ya. Just please turn your self in. Give us Shannan. Please."

"No! Screw ya! We're fine we don't need ya!"

I pull out my knife again and aim it at Shannan's throat.

"I'll do it!"

"See I don't think you will. You would've done it by now. Why are ya keeping him alive still just to kill him?"

"Cause without him I'm dead. I'm going to jail after I kill him!"

I see about 50 officers show up behind her and only 5 of them I know.

"What do ya think ya can just ride off into the sunset and live happily ever after? Cause ya can't!"

"Oh really? I'd like to challenge that."

I look to my left and see the tunnel, then to my right and see woods.

I look back to Aj.

"I'm sort of sorry. To all of ya."

I then turn, lift up Shannan and run into the woods.

I hear gunshots hitting trees near by and keep running.

I swerve to my left and see a cop car at the end of the block. No other people were there so I hop in it with Shan and we drive off.

Cop cars chase us once again.

This time they rear end me similar to ast time. I get out and put Shannan in front of me once again.

"James you dong have to do any of this!" Eric yells out.

"Ya know boss I think I do."

"No you don't!"

I press Shannan's head against mine and pull out my gun.

I press it against my head.

(Eric's POV)

I see him press his head and Shannan's together. He then pulls out a gun and puts it to his temple.

"Don't do it James!"

"I have to! I have no one! They deserve it! They do!"

He then fired his gun.

The bullet went through his head and Shannan's.

They both fell to the floor and I rushed over there. I feel for a pulse on James and there isn't one. I then feel for one on Shannan and find he still had a slight pulse.

"I NEED A MEDIC!"

A medic runs over and they whisk Shannan away to the hospital.

*few weeks later*

Shannan has minor brain damage but he lives on.

James was burried three days after he died.

All of the damage was over 10 grand.

We all live haunted by the image of him trying a double suicide. But we all have a new tech and fight crime every day.

One thing is for sure, he and the whole incident wont be forgotten anytime soon.
