i've been feeling really off lately. like just really sad and lonely and just kinda empty (but then like occasionally a bit happy?) and it's from something that happened that i don't really wanna talk about but also i feel like it could be quite natural from stress as well. i don't know i've been feeling very bad and i don't know what to do and all the stress and stuff from studying for my exams and getting all my presentations for classes ready has just really made me feel terrible and i don't know how to feel better.
