It's been 2 years since we've moved to California. Kendall's right. The apartment was better than expected. The school is great here! It's EVERYTHING. We go to school everyday by walking since we're still under aged for a car.
But walking to school isn't too bad. It's already like exercising to get all the unwanted fats away right?
So anyways, nothing's changed that much. Kendall is still fangirling over boys, while I'm trying to avoid them.
And news flash! I still haven't joined the school choir. I guess I still don't have the guts to do so. UGH, if only deleting fears were just as easy as deleting my epic stolen pics on Kendall's iPhone.
Kendall and I made a new friend, and her name is Jinah. She's kinda cool. Well, she is Korean so Kendall cannot stop asking questions about Korean boy bands. I sometimes think that Jinah gets annoyed from time to time but she says it's cool. Lucky for Kendall, there's someone who can manage her non-stop talking. Jinah also lives with us now. Atleast one of the unoccupied rooms are now occupied.
So Jinah is now part of the duo. Well, it's not a duo anymore since we're three. IT'S A TRIO!
Kendall & I feels really bad for Jinah... Because 2 weeks ago, Jinah's parents' called and announced that Jinah is arranged marriage with a guy she has never met, and worse, the guy is chinese but he lives in Korea. Jinah says the guy's name is Xu Minghao what-so-ever shingshangfu.
It's a good thing that Jinah can handle that much pressure because if I was her, I'd rather live in a tent in the badlands where nobody could find me.
The 3 of us were walking through the corridors on the way to our next class but then this guy who looks like he is in my age came up to us handing out some flyers in front of me.
I refused to take it but then he wouldn't stop reaching his hand out infront of me. I mean, why me? Kendall and Jinah's beside me. I looked at my left, and Jinah was looking at me pouting her mouth and gesturing me to get the flyer. I looked at my right and see Kendall rolling her eyes at me, and not too long, she just took it because she knew that I wouldn't.
"Why didn't you take it? It's just a flyer," Jinah said after the guy left.
"And besides, I think Jake is kinda cute." Kendall adds.
"Ugh, no way! You know I wouldn't." I said with a disgusted face.
"Come on, Abigail... It's been two years since that 'incident' happened. Just let it go and move on." Kendall snickered, opening the door to our classroom. Our teacher isn't here yet.
I sighed as we went in and sat in between the two of them at the back of the classroom and asked what the flyer is all about. Kendall said it was about this mini music jam in a music bar near the school. It looks like they weren't interested but it wouldn't be bad if we listened to a few songs right? Besides, I do need some rest from all the school stress.
"WAIT!" I shouted seeing Kendall almost going to throw the crumpled flyer in to the trashcan beside the teacher's table.
"Do you want to attend this, thing?" They asked me, confused. I smiled and nodded and said "It wouldn't be that bad right? Besides, it's been days since we've been out." Kendall sighs, letting out a groan. Because I think she'd probably shop than to attend this.
We finished our classes today and headed home to change our clothes for tonight. We decided to wear something comfy since the place wouldn't be that exclusive.
I'm wearing a red flannel and some leggings I just bought a few days ago and paired it with some uggs.
Kendall is wearing this baby blue comfy-yet-chic-at-the-same-time-cute looking sweater that's off in her other shoulder and white washed ripped jeans and a pair of adidas superstars for the bottom clothing. She tied her brunette wavy hair up in a ponytail but then did something that that I couldn't quite get. I really couldn't explain it but it looked super cute and sophisticated! So I asked her to style my hair up to because her hair tricks are the bomb!
