The next few weeks were rough knowing that I coukd not sav Ethan and Grayson,Eventhough I knew them for a litttle while they brought happpiness to my heart.I was at my desk at work,when a girl walked.The girl walks over to me and gives me a hug.I gave her a weird look but as she hugged I remeber she was the girl I saved in the lab I stood up and hugged her back."My name is Mercedes"I told the girl."My name is Kay"she replies.As soon as i meet her I knew we would be instant friends.As soon as my shift was over I took Kay to lunch and got her some hot chocolate from CC jitters coffee shop.Afterward we went swimming as I put on my bathing suit I noticed that the engravements were still on my body.When i jumped into the pool I felt the cold water shock my body.I jumped up by how cold it was.Kay jumped in after me and splash me in the face.I quickly jump on her back and push her into the water.Kay and I began wrestling in the water.I began getting a sick feeling my stomach when I got near Kay like I  did with Ethan and Grayson.I superspeeded out of the pool without thinking and puked on the grass.Kay came over to check on me."So you have powers too huh"Kay said."Yeah,wait you have powers too"I said with a questioning look on my face."Yep,I have the ability to control people's minds by growing parasites but the scientist can control me.Also I have the ability to communicate through telepathy and move stuff with telekinesis ."Cool"I say with a huge grin on my face.The next few weeks she  was my roomate.Each day was like the best sleepover.We soon became best friends because we both liked proving the boys at the lab wrong.Kay and I began working at Star labs helping Barry as a hero.Barry finally invited Kay and I on  a mission we get dressed into our costumes and I run out as she flies over me.Barry made it their before eventhough I knew I could run faster but I wanted to let Barry to get the criminal before me.I looked at the mission report it said to find Zoom,Captain cold and heatwave at the chem lab.When I arrived I could not see Barry when I looked up for Kay I noticed she was missing.Then I started to feel a cold chill on my leg.I turn around to see that it was Captain cold,he froze my leg I quickly shook the ice off.When I looked back up he was gone."We need help back at the cortex Caitlin  screams through my ear piece.I quickly ran back to Star labs.I look around to see that Barry,Caitlin,Ciscomand Dr.Wells were knocked out and were wrapped in vines.Before I could move a single inch Zoom ran around me and wrapped me in vines.The vines grew thick that it knocked me to the ground.I looked up to see Ethan,Grayson,and Kay standing over me with their eyes glowing they were all controlled.
*Will they kill her there,take her without a fight,or will she get up!
