8. We're Going To Be Alright

Ber's POV

Dayl said he had already met my parents, so I didn't need to introduce them to the stranger that had invited himself into my house. After I had a little chat with Hannah, she left us because she wanted to start decorating her tree. Typical Hannah.

Dayl and I are out on a walk, in my local park next to the frozen lake. It was quiet, no one was talking, but it was nice. As I breathed in I could feel the cold air rush up my nose, somehow making it feel warm afterwards.

Mine and Dayl's hands were brushing off each other every time we swung them at our sides. I then felt something warm slip into my hands and entwine my fingers with it. I looked down to see mine and Dayl's hands were interlaced. I smiled at the gesture.

As I looked up I spotted Dayl staring at me with a smile on his face. My smile grew wider. Seeing his smile lit up my world. Dayl inched closer, his face just centimetres away from mine. My eyes scanned from his lips to his eyes. Dayl's lips gently brushed off mine and I could feel his warm breath bounce off my skin. I closed my eyes. His warm breath on my skin felt........ so.......... satisfying?

His lips traveled to my cheeks, my jawline, chin, neck with Dayl only letting them brush off my skin. Then I felt a warm peck on the corner of my lips. I smiled feeling his lips almost on mine. Dayl smashed his lips onto mine, closing any further gaps. The kiss was a bit forced but soft and gentle. It was slow, or lips moving in sync. Dayl's hands trailed down to my waist, pulling me even closer. I placed my hands on his cheeks, deepening the kiss and then wrapping them around his neck. Dayl pulled me up so my feet weren't even on the ground which in result, lead me to giggle into the kiss. I felt Dayl smile and we came apart. We just stared at each other with big grins on our faces and suddenly we both burst out laughing.

And at the moment, I couldn't think of anyone else I would rather spend my evening with.

The next morning I could feel a strong arm wrapped around my waist. I smiled knowing who it is. I turned in his arms coming face to face with him. He looked so peaceful sleeping. By the way, we didn't do what you think we did last night. We would be going too fast in our relationship if we did it the first day we got back together. Wait! I say relationship when he hasn't even asked me to be his......... you know....... girlfriend . We're just dating at the moment. I don't think we're in a relationship just yet.

Dayl let's out a moan, slightly opening one eye. A smirk is placed on his lips, which gets me confused. Then Dayl snuggles even closer, bringing me closer to him. His lips are soon placed gently on my own, resulting my smile into the kiss. Dayl turns us over, so he's straddling over me. The kiss stays at it's same pace but I feel Dayl lick my bottom lip, asking for entrance. I allow him and soon enough our tongues are dancing together. Dayl pushes his pelvis into mine and he moans. I keep pushing mine into his and he carries on moaning. "I want to hear you moaning" Dayl whispers against my lips. Soon his lips travel down to my neck and he starts sucking on my skin. My eyes flutter shut at the pleasure. He soon finds my weakness by finding my soft spot in the crook of my neck. I let out a long moan as he continues sucking and kissing.

"Dayl....." I moan out loud and I feel him smile into my neck. He stops and comes face to face with me again. He smiles at me and looks straight into my eyes. He continues to stare which makes me blush and look away. Dayl places his finger on my chin and turns my head to face him. Dayl smiles and inches or faces closer. Our lips attach again and I get an idea. I smirk into the kiss and quickly detach our lips and try to get out of bed. When I say try I mean try, because I feel him grab my arm and pull me back.
