Demi’s P.O.V.

I held Amelie’s hair back from her face and rubbed her back as she was sick into the toilet.

“How many weeks are you now?” I asked, rubbing circles into her back while she straightened up.

“Six. That’s a pretty common age for morning sickness to set in. It sucks.” She said, swirling mouthwash and going back to our bedroom. “I have an ultrasound in three weeks.” She sat down on the bed and ran her hands through her hair. “And I’ll start showing majorly in like two and a bit months.” I sat down beside her and tilted her face up so she could see me properly.

“Let’s enjoy freedom while it lasts then.” I said, pulling her face towards mine and kissing her, enjoying the feeling of her breath on my lip. “Coffee bean and then movie date?”

“You know me too well.” She grinned, “Let me get dressed and then we’ll go.”

“Okay, cool.” I smiled, pulling out my phone and re-tweeting some fans.

“You can go.” She said, raising her eyebrows. I grinned and lay back on the bed.

“I’m not looking. Plus, it’s not like I haven’t seen it before.” I winked and she turned around to pick out an outfit. She pulled her top over her head and I admired her bare skin, because she was so irrefutably beautiful. She pulled a flowy white blouse over her head and flicked her hair so it hung, cascading like water down her back. She turned around before I could look away.

“Not looking hey?” She quirked her eyebrow in fake disapproval and I grinned.

“Stop being stunning, and I’ll stop looking. Deal?” I smirked and looked back at my phone. She pulled some shorts on and ran over to jump on the bed. I rolled over and hovered my face over hers. She leant forward to kiss me but I pulled away just before she could and laughed at her adorable face. “Coffee bean now. Kissing later.” I left the room, “I’ll be in the car!” I called out behind me. I heard footsteps from behind me as I jumped into the car and shut the door before Amelie could get to me with that mischievous look on her face. She got in beside me and we drove to coffee bean. We grabbed a couple of takeaway coffees and started walking back to the car, there were no paps around and I was glad. I looked across at Amelie only to see her limping slightly and wincing, clutching her side. “You alright?” I asked, taking her coffee off her because she looked like she was about to drop it. We were next to the car now and I put the coffees inside quickly so I could deal with Amelie. “Talk to me babe. What’s wrong?”

“My hip is-” She stopped to take a sharp intake of breath “Can we go home? I think I need to lie down.”

“Yeah sure, let’s go.” I said, and helped her into the car. She sat down and started to regain her breath. “Do you need to go see a doctor?”

“No, no it’s fine I probably just pulled a muscle or something stupid.” She smiled weakly at me.

“You sure? Didn’t seem like a pulled muscle...” I was NOT convinced.

“No it’s fine. Let’s just go home and I’ll rest up.” She said, drinking some coffee in what I knew was an attempt to get me not to worry.

“Fine. But if it doesn’t improve I will forcefully take you to the doctors.” I sighed, taking her hand.

“Ok, whatever. I just don’t want you to worry about nothing.”
