chapter 6

*Niall's P.O.V. in Spanish*

Katy just told me to stop breathing on her because I "smell", I immediately think of a come back just to throw her off.

"Haha very funny smart ass, at least I get dates" I smirked and she smiled... Why did she smile? I just tried to offend her.

"Oh yeah? Well guess who just got asked to hang out by a guy? This girl" she smiles and I frown, who asked her out? Does Harry know about this?

"Who did you get asked out by?" She gives me an icy stare, I can tell she doesn't want to answer me.

"Josh and its none of your business either" she says. Josh.

"Uh oh" I hear my voice say and I immediately regret doing that. She gives me an odd look and turns around. She cannot go out with Josh... What is Harry going to think about this? He specifically told us that we can't allow her to do that or everything will be ruined, for him at least.

Katy's P.O.V. *After hanging up with Chloe and Rileigh*

I grab my bag and sit at the kitchen table, I get out my Spanish homework and start working on that.

Two hours later I finally finished all my homework and put all of my stuff back in my bag so I don't forget anything tomorrow. I ring mom and she answers before it goes to voicemail.

"Hey sweetheart how was school?" she asks, I nod but then I remembered that she can't see me through the phone.

"Fine. I finished my homework and I'm wondering what time will you get home?" She comes home at different times a lot. A few times she hasn't come home until 1am because of her boss. She's a business women and wears those ugly women principal clothes that look professional but it seems like the company that makes those only know how to make them in two colors. Black and gray.

"Maybe around 8:30 or sooner. I have some paperwork to do and I have to get gas in my car, do you want me to order takeout since I'm driving past the Chinese restaurant?" she asks. I love Chinese food its delicious.

"Okay and yes please!" we talk for a couple more minutes until she has to go. I turn on the TV and channel surf until I find something, nothing was really on except Honey Boo Boo Child so I kept it on that. I watched at least four episodes of that until I turn the TV off and I grab my phone and speakers and head to the shower. I plug my phone into the speakers and turn them both on. I hit shuffle and undress. I step in and turn the water on, letting it warm up for a minute before walking into the warm water. I hear the sound of marimba and I get ready to sing the first verse.

I used to bite my tongue and hold my breath, scared to rock the boat and make a mess. So I so quietly, agreed politely.

I guess I forgot I had a choice, I let you push me past the breaking point

The song ended and I finished singing at the same time as the talented, and beautiful Katy Perry. My voice isn't even as close to hers but I will say I'm not bad at singing but I'm not completely great. I turned the water off and grabbed my towel and wrapped it around my body. Wrecking Ball came on and I started singing and dancing around the bathroom. I grab my bra and underwear and slip them on, and wrapping my hair in the towel before exiting the bathroom. I open my drawer and grab an old t-shirt and some shorts and put them on, I go back into the bathroom and grab my phone and speakers and walk back out. I turn the speakers and my phone off and unplug my phone from the speakers.

I checked my phone for any messages and there was none so I shut it off and walked into the living room to wait for mom.

Niall's P.O.V.

The boys are coming over to my house today, we usually play video games, hang out, and shit like that. I remembered I have to tell Harry about what Katy said now or else he'll flip shit if he found out from someone else. I hear a knock at the front door and I get up off the couch and walk to the door, I open it and they walk in and I close the door behind them.

"Hey mates" I smiled, and we sat down on the couch. I heard mom come down the stairs and saw her face light up when she saw them.

"Hello boys! How are you? Give me a hug" she said and walked over to them, they smiled and stood up and give mom a hug before sitting back down.

"Niall I will be back later, don't do anything stupid okay?" I rolled my eyes but laughed.

"I won't mum, since when did I do anything stupid?" I gave her a sweet, innocent smile. The boys laughed and shook their heads while she rolled her eyes and walked out the door. I suddenly feel nervous because I have to tell Harry now.

"Hey Harry"

"What Niall?" he asks, they're all looking at me to see what I have to say.

"Umm... Katy... she... told me she has a date with Josh" I choked out. They all started at me and I looked around the room more interested into my house instead of my best mates.

"Niall you jokester haha" Louis says, I shook my head and he frowns. We all look at Harry who has been silent the whole time. He finally speaks and says

"Niall tell me what happened... now" I told them how she told me I smelled when I was breathing or some shit and them I told them how I said at least I get dates and she said blah blah blah. When I was finished I looked at Harry and his head was down looking at his lap.

"You okay Harry?" Zayn asks looking at him and Harry didn't do anything.

"FUCK" he yells and I jump off the couch and fell to the ground. I swear I think I just shit myself when I landed. The boys jump but Harry has his fists clenched.

"Damn Harry, calm down" Liam says but Harry shakes his head in anger. I don't blame him, from what he was planning I would have been pretty pissed too.
