Beep. Beep. Beep. Beep. Beep. Beep.

I groan turning on to my side to turn off the stupid alarm clock. I slam my body back into the position it was in before and stare at the ceiling for a good 5 minutes. I sigh and place my hands over my head. I dreaded this day. I never wanted this day to come. I've been up all night thinking about this awful day.

I sigh again and pull the covers off my body and sit up dangling my legs on the side of the bed. I stretch out my arm letting a long yawn escape my mouth. Damn am I tired right now. I would love to go back to sleep, we'll at least try to sleep, instead of getting up at 5 in the damn mourning. I lean forward and place my feet on the cold floor and push myself up and walking towards the mirror.

Once I get there I'm horrified at what I'm looking at. I have bags under my eyes that are humongous and purple, my lips are chapped, my hair looks like a birds nest, and my eyes that are usually full of life are dull. I look like a fucking zombie.

"Hey Summer you........ Whoa what happened to you? You look more uglier than usual."

I turn around to see my annoying twin brother smile at me.

"Hardee, har, har. I must say that(write in italics) was truly hilarious." I say sarcastically and clap my hands.

"We'll what can I say I make the best jokes." He says taking a bow.

I roll my eyes and throw a pillow at his head.

"Piss off" I walk towards my bed and throw myself on to my bed. He removes himself from the doorframe and walks over to the foot of my bed.

"Why so angry?"

I look up at him and stared at him like he was an idiot and shake my head.

"Gee I don't know maybe it has to do with the fact that mom and dad are sending us to America and I don't want to go!"

"I don't get why you don't want to go. You've always complained to mom and dad that you've always wanted to go."

"I know I have, but I never wanted to move there I've just wanted to visit for like a week and come back home." I start playing with my fingers and look down.

"I just don't want to leave the place I've grown up my whole life. I don't want to leave my friends, our family, the house we grew up in."

I feel my left side sink a bit, then a pair of arms wrap around the side of my waist. I lay my head on his shoulder and close my eyes.

"I know how you feel Summy. I don't really want to leave either, but look on the bright side, you don't have to deal with mom yelling at you for getting arrested, and dad freaking out over your piercings and tattoos."

I look at him and laughing knowing how true this was. I love how he can make me feel happy in a matter of seconds.

"He overreacts, he acts as though I'm covered in tattoos and piercings. I only have 3 tattoos and a piercing."

He kisses the side side of my head and smiles.

"Well you know him, he tends to overreact just a bit."

I raise my eyebrow and look at him as he stands up and walks over to the door.

"Just a bit?"

"Okaii a lot, he overreacts a lot"

I nod my head in approval and smile. "That's my boy."

He rolls his eyes and opens the door.

"Shut up and start getting ready we're leaving at 7."
