I quickly survey my surroundings, the entire place is in an uproar. I check to see if all the band members are okay first (they thankfully are), and then I scan the crowd for my mum with no reward. Everyone is up and about, looking to see if anyone's hurt. I scramble closer up to the stage for the mic, but before I reach it, a loud white noise emits from the PA and the mic hits the floor.
Silence.
Everyone is still for what seems to be an hour, before there's an ominous eerie croak on the PA. No one dares to move a muscle. I take a step towards the fallen mic, and there's a scream somewhere in the crowd. Everyone in the crowd steps aside to reveal a girl in a blue suit.
From the stage, I can't see much. All I see is the girl, everyone circled around her. Her hands are on top of her hair, as if clutching something dear to her, as if it costed her her life. Her shoulders are heaving up and down, clearly having trouble breathing. Everything is silent besides her groans and heaving. Someone slowly walks up to her, most likely her parent, and reaches for her hand.
Before the parent reaches her hand, the girl kicks the parent into the crowd. The crowd catches them so no serious injuries occur, but something's not right. Light brown hair is surrounding her. The same colour as hers. Hair continues to fall out as she screeches in agony.
Only it's not her voice.
It's as if someone violently choked her recently and trying to use her voice. Seconds pass and her voice becomes more and more horrid, as more and more hair falls out, until it no longer sounds human. Black smoke arises where her hair used to be. The smoke swirls around her, and then immediately bursts out in all directions. The lights turn off.
Everything is silent until the lights turn back on.
She's gone.
