Chapter Three

I woke up to the sound of my alarm . Ughh today's Saturday and to my joy , my grandparents are coming to visit us . Don't get me wrong I love them and all but sometimes they become annoying . I looked for my alarm to find that it's 6:30 am. Great just great .

I went to the bathroom took a shower , I love taking showers especially long ones . After I finished, I checked the time in was 6:45 . I wrapped myself in a towel and went outside heading to my closet, I started thinking about what to wear . After my 20 minutes of thinking , I decided to wear a floral dress that comes just above my knees . Then, I went to straighten my hair and apply some make-up ( I don't put that much .. I like staying natural as possible) ..

I headed down stairs to be greeted by my parents .

" Goodmorning honey ,How are you ?" My dad asked me.

" Hi dad . I'm okay what about you ?" I asked .

"Good ." And then it went dead .

"Okay , I am going for a walk" I told them as I grabbed an apple . I put on some flats and went straight out . My parents never cared about me or my sibblings , my dad was always on business trips and my mom well we aren't on good terms .

I did not know where I was going since it is 7:00 . No one was on the streets it was empty , hmm how about starbucks ? Yes . Starbucks.

I crossed the street and headed to the store. I walked in , it was warm in here not like outside it was a bit cold but I like it . I started looking for what to take until I was interupted by a voice .

"We meet again" I looked up to find the guy I talked to yesterday, Jasper . I smiled at him .

" Yes, Goodmorning Jasper "I told him still smiling .

" Goodmorning love" My heart melted at his words. I kinda liked him .

"So I see you work here am I wrong ?"

"No you're not . I do work here" He said not so happy about it . "Do you want to order anything?"

" I would like a cup of cappuccino with extra sugar please ."

"Okay , It'll be ready in 5 minutes."

I sat down waiting for my cappuccino , looking outside the window .. Staring at the sky .

" Do you mind me sitting beside you ?" Jasper asked holding my order . I shook my head no and he sat on the opposite chair .

"So tell me something about yourself " He said breaking the silence .

"Okay .. um .. I am seventeen years old . I have 3 sibblings . I am a straight A student , and I don't like going to paries and stuff" I did not want to mention the fact that I'm a billionare , he would think of me differently and I don't want that .

"Oh okay .. cool . What about your parents ?" Ughh why do he have to ask so much.

"My parents are well parents. They are not always around because they have work." I said casually ."What about you Jasper ?"

" I am eighteen years old .. I live on my own . I am an A student , I have a sister who is 4 years old . She lives with me and for my parents they are dead . Dead to me " He said bitterly .

" Oh I'm sorry to hear that you know n-" I was interrupted by my phone ringing .. "Excuse me for a minute"

I stood up and went outside , I found out it's my mother from the ID ,

" Hello mom " I said a bit surprised because she called she never did .

" Crystal I want you home now . Your grandparents are arriving soon " She sounded frustrated .

" No . Not know, I have plans mom .. I'm meeting up with Jelena and Lily .. I will come home late .. I gotta go ." I told her afraid of her response .

"Listen here kiddo , you don't put the rules I DO .. but because your b-" I hanged up not wanting to hear or deal with more of her shit . I got in and told Jasper that I have to go and said my goodbyes .
