There's a mafia called the Sicilian mafia also known as cosa nostra. Cosa nostra is a criminal syndicate in Sicily Italy. It is a loose association of criminal groups that share a common organizational structure and codenof conduct.
In mafias there are the boss (the leader of the mafia)
There are also the underboss(if anything happens to the head boss then the underboss takes over the gang)
Then there are the caporegime(a high ranking member and is the leader of the soldiers)
And finally there are the soldiers(they have the lowest rank in the mafia but they do all the dirty work like collect the money and murder the people that dontnpay them back) but that's not all soldiers do they do a lot more. The soldiers are more than likely to be attested by the police.
