The RV made a loud screeching noise when it came to a halt. Carl and I hadn't really spoken on the rest of the ride. Rick stood at the front of the RV and spoke loudly.

"We can't seem to find a route to the hill top... We only have one more option. We're going to have to go through the woods and carry Maggie there. If we wait any longer, God knows what will happen to her."

The plan seemed fine at first, but I still had a bad feeling boiling in the pit of my stomach. If I knew Negan as well as I thought I did, he wouldn't give up that easy.

"What if Negan is expecting us?" I blurt out. I could see the look on his face when I said 'us'. Annoyance quickly spread across his features. I could tell he didn't like me, and I didn't like him too much either.

"He won't."

"But what if he does?"
I stood from the cushioned seat.

"He won't." Rick said more forcefully.
I just raised my hands in defeat. "What ever you say sherif, but if something does happen, it's on your hands. Don't say I didn't warn you."
I grab my gun and put it in my hostler and Rick scoffed.
"What?" I was beginning to feel irritated with him myself.
"You're not going." He said flatly.
"Like hell I'm not." I continued to pack.
"I said you're not going."
He walked over to the map and told Eugene to make sure I stayed.

Like I couldn't take him on.

I hated when people underestimated me. I was about to prove him wrong. I sat down pretending to look defeated when Carl came over to me.

"Here." He handed me a old walkie talkie and I grabbed it. "What's this for?" I looked at the bulky device curiously.
"In case you get into any trouble. The people on the hill top gave us some so we could contact them. They haven't really been responding though." He scratched the back of his head lightly.
Carl was nice, but something in me told me I still can't trust him. Maybe I have trust issues, or maybe I just have a sixth sense about people. That's not the worst thing to have in a world like this.

"Thanks." I put the walkie in my bag and Rick started to say where through the woods the group was going. He was pointing near places I know Negan has been and I wanted to say something but I know he would shut me down.

"I don't have a good feeling about this." I said sincerely and crossed my arms. The whole group was all hunched over a tiny table. They all looked like a family. I envied that.

"Well good thing you're not going then." Rick started bagging things for the trip.
"Rick, I'm telling you now. I know Negan and I do not have a good feeling about this." Rick just shook his head and the whole group looked past what I was saying, including Carl and left. I tried to help them, but they made they're bed. And now they have to rest in it.

The group and I had been making our way swiftly through the damp woods and the only thing that ran through my mind was Sage's words.

"I have a bad feeling about this."

Honestly, I did too.

My dad and a few others were carrying Maggie and I was taking down walkers that were in our way.

That's when we all stopped.
We could hear whistling noises, but we didn't know where they were coming from. One thing we did know was it was the Saviors.

"T-this way." I could hear the anxiety in my fathers voice. We all sprinted until we were in a huge circle of trees. It was lit up by torches and crowds of men were there, yelling like animals. Our RV was parked across the way and another one was parked in front of it. Men started taking our guns and walked us between the two rvs so we were facing the unknown one. My knees sank into the muddy dirt from the humid forest and I looked over to see Eugene beaten and tied up. And then it hit me.
