Y/N's wedding day started out joyfull and happy, she had stayed at her parents the night before because of a traditonal superstiton. And after a totoal of four hours of sleep she was being taken to the church.
"You look beautiful Y/N." Her best friend and maid of honor gushed, pinning the last piece of her hair up. "Dean might explode when he sees you honey."
At the mention of her soon-to-be husband a smile streched across her face, and the memorise from the past four years flashed through her mind.
They had met when Sam and Dean were on a hunt. They had come by the school she taught at and started asking questions, well Sam asked the questions while Dean continuosly flirted with her. Before they left he had asked her when she got off and if she was free for drinks. Of course Y/N had accepted his offer for drinks. And Dean left a week later with a new number in his phone. And now four years later, Y/N knew about the life Dean and his brother lived and so much more.

Across the hall from his bride Dean was pacing around his dressing room, his tie lossened and his jacket hanging over a chair.
"Dude, you need to calm down." Sam was trying to get his brother to slow down and calm down. "You can't let a little cold feet get to you Dean."
"That's the thing Sam, it's not just cold feet." Dean let out a shaky breath and ran a hand down his face. "What if I'm making a mistake Sam? I don't want to regret this ten years down the road and have to go through a divorce and shit."
"Do you love Y/N?"
"More than anything."
"And you can see a future with her? Growing old, having kids, the whole deal?"
"Yes."
"Then fix your tie, out on your jacket, and go marry the woman you love." Sam clapped him on the back and walked out to go check on Y/N.
When Sam left, Dean sat down and put his head in his hands and started thinking. What if this didn't work out, after four years she must be tired of him. At least that's what Dean thought, and he couldn't get it out of his head.
Dean shrugged on his jacket and fixed his tie before walking out of the room.

A frantic knock on the door to Y/N's dressing room made a slight panic course through her. She couldn't move to open the door, she knew something was wrong and she didn't want to know what it was.
"Y/N!" Sam ran in when the door was open enough for him to slide through. "Y/N, Dean's gone."
Everyone stopped, no one dared to move as the words sank in.
"Like gone gone?" She stuttered her mouth went dry and her eyes filled with tears.
"Ther Impala's gone, and I can't get a hold of him." Sam wasn't done with his sentance before she was sobbing. Sam pulled Y/N into a hug, rubbing a soothing hand across her but none of it was helping. "I'm so sorry Y/N."
Y/N pulled out of the hug to slide her engagement ring off. As the ring came off the rest of her composer fell away and everything finally sunk in. Dean's gone, he ran out on there wedding day and he probably wasnt coming back. She ushered everybody out of the room and changed into the clothes she had on this morning, she would rather have to tell the guests about the canceled wedding without wearing her wedding dress.

An hour and a lot of sympathetic looks later she was in a car with Sam and on the way to the bunker. Her crying had slowed to sniffles, but everytime she looked at her bare finger a few tears would leak out.
When they pulled into the bunkers garage she quickly hopped out and sprinted to the room she and Dean shared. Y/N noticed that he had gotten there before her; the duffle bag
