Y/N has gone up against werewolves, demons, witches and she never felt a shred of fear, but right now, locked in her bathroom with a pregnancy test in her hand, she was terrified. She knew that if it turned out to be positive her entire life would change. She'd have to give up hunting, finish school, definitely find somewhere other than the bunker to raise a child. When the timer went off a couple minutes later she jumped, nearly dropping the test. She squeezed her eyes shut and after pulling in a shaky breath she slowly peeled her eyes open, peaking at the test. A sob raked through her when she saw the little pink plus sign.

"Bug are you OK in there?" When she heard Dean's voice on the other side of the door she paniced. She didn't want him to find out by bardging in on her, he'd surely have a heart attack if he saw her with the test. She hurridly tried to hide the test while trying to reassure her eldest brother that she was OK.

"Well dinner's ready when if you're hungry." Y/N let out a sigh of relief when she heard Dean's steps get further away from her room.

After making sure that neither of the boys would ever find the test and that they couldn't tell that she'd been crying, she made her way to the kitchen. Though the closer she got to the kitchen the stronger the smell of grilling meat got and the tighter her stomach became. She tried to take a few more steps towards the kitchen but the aroma got stronger and the knot tighter, soon she felt bile start to rise in her throat. Running to the closest bathroom was instantly her priority; she barely made it in front of the toilet before she was emptying her stomach into the ceramic bowl.

"Bug, are you OK?" Sam whispered rubbing a soothing hand across her back. Y/N nodded, wiping her mouth on a towel Sam had handed her. She'd always hated throwing up, the way it left her throat burning and the taste it left in her mouth. But for the next nine or so months it's will be part of her life.

"Are you sure? Do you want me to go grab some medicine?" Y/N shook her head at her brother and started walking towards the hall. Though she never made it due to her eldest brother, her very pissed off eldest brother, standing in the door way.

"Sit." She froze, the authority behind that one word scared her; not because he might yell at her but because he sounded a lot like their father. Y/N sat at the foot of the bed, choosing to look at the floor than her brother.

"So Y/N," she cringed, the only time either of them called her by her full name was when she was in serious shit. "I went to go grab you medicine from your room but what do I find? Do you want to guess?"

Y/N shook her head.

"Well you probably know what I found, right Y/N?"

Y/N nodded, avoiding her brother's gaze.

"Look at me." She slowly lifed her head meeting Dean's eyes. Now out of everything that's happened in the past twenty minutes seeing the anger and dissapointment etched into his features hurt her more than anything. All her life she'd looked up to her brother's, especially Dean, and knowing that her big brother, one of her heros, was disapointed in something she'd done crushed her.

"Tell me why there's an empty pregnancy test box in your bathroom." Now all though she knew what he was going to say he stomach still dropped when he voiced his question.

Y/N's throat tightened and tears flooded her eyes, she tried to say something but everytime she opened her mouth a small sob slipped out. Taking a deep breath she closed her eyes for a second, calming herself, before looking back up at her brother.

"I'm pregnant." she announced. There was no turning back now.

Y/N shut her eyes waiting for the inevitable blow up; but nothing but a gasp came, reminding her that Sam was still in the room. Knowing that made her feel a million times worse; having one brother dissapointed in her was enough but both crushed her. Several seconds passed and no one said anything, which was never a good sign.
