Gohan and cell were in a kameama blast struggle and Gohan release all his power and killed cell after that a black hole opens below him and he passes out falling in to the black hole.
Gohan wake's up to see that he was In a bed and he was bandages up with his broken arm fixed.

Gohan: were am I?
???: Are you OK?
Gohan: yeah I'm ok.
???: Good I was worried that you were a goner.
Gohan: I'm not easy to kill. so who are you anyway?
???: I'm lilucared or just call me lili for short.
Gohan: ok lili I have to ask were am I?
Lili: your in a hospital it's not a very good one so.
Gohan: it's ok I don't mind. Who found me anyway?
Lili: I did you were all beaten up so I brought you straight here.

Lili hugs Gohan he blushes.

Gohan: looks like they left.
Lili: they will be back and will want more money.
