The One With A Mask (Tokyo Ghoul Story. Not really a Fan Fiction though)

"Follow me.." He said in a medium deep voice. He jumped and ran out of the house. I followed behind him. 'Why did he save me?' I wondered. 'Maybe he wants the money for my head...' I followed him anyway.

"Where are we going?" I asked.

"To my place." He said.

"Why..?" I asked curiously.

"Would you like to go back to your house?" He said a little meanly.

"Umm...that was my mothers house..." I said slowing down.

"Oh." He stopped. I stopped as well. Looking away.

"I might as well go to my place anyway." I looked back at him.

"I guess you could. If you wanted.." He said sadly.

"Umm...why did you save me? Are you also here to kill me. To get the money?" I asked.

"Of course not. I'm like you. I don't want to kill our kind or humans. I want to save them as well and not to result into killing." He nodded his head.

"That's why you didn't fight my mom." I thought for a while.

"That's your mom?" He asked.

"Yes..." I said ashamed.

"She's a little crazy...just saying." He said with a regular voice.

"I know." I said looking to make sure no one was seeing us. I got rid of my Kagune and so did he.

"Well, if you would like to have some coffee at my place you can."

"Hmm...okay." I nodded my head. He dropped to the street and so did I. I followed him, as he went to his house.

We walked through his doors and his place was nice. A very old fashioned house but I didn't care about style. I sat down on a couch and he went to the kitchen.

He came back after I heard the kettle boil. He poured some water into the cups and he put the brown cube in.

"Thank you." I said. He nodded his head. "Your welcome." He sat down on the opposite side from me. We sipped our coffee in silence.

This...I swear...IS A SHORT CHAPTER!!
