“Why is this world so cruel mama?” The then tiny Kayan asked his mother as they gazed at his father’s limp body.

“Because that is how our God’s created it. But you my gem, are beauty in an otherwise grey world.” His mother replied sadly, gazing up at the stars.

Kayan is truly beauty in a grey world. When he is caught by men and forced into their greedy, unjust world, he is faced with some hard truths and some harder decisions. Guided by the God’s he comes to despise and led astray time after time, he quickly learns that he is a very special tiger indeed. Eventually finsing himself forced to fight for the amusement of the men he hates, he finally gives in. But he finds not all hope is lost when he meets an old lepard who just might hold the answers to his escape.

As he ventures through the man’s world, trying to find a way out as well as his identity, he learns some very cruel lessons. Lessons of betrayal, hatred and injustice. Follow Kayan’s journey, and the awful things he must do just to stay alive.

Anyways, because I'm a nerd I'm providing a brief explanation of reality for bengal tigers right now!

Bengal tigers have a population of less than 2,500. They have the largest amount of sub-species than any other tiger. Bengal tigers are quickly disappearing. They are faced with huge deforestation, especially in India, and they also face illegal hunting and poaching. Small villages and towns will hunt tigers because they fear them and believe that tigers will not only kill their livestock but also their families. This is not true. Tigers will very rarely come into a village and nearly all tiger attacks are caused from humans going into their territory.

The tiger conservation landscapes in the area where Bengal tigers roam only has enough land to support 250 adult tigers. Bengal tigers have had a massive decrease in population in the last decade and are estimated to be extinct within twenty years. Many foundations and organisations have been working around the clock but it makes very little difference unless the public agree.

I believe that the only way to do that is to get the message across, so here it is in the eyes of a tiger.
