Chapter I

"Good morning baby!"

Brandon opened his eyes. A sleepy smile crept onto his lips when he saw his girlfriend, Andy Lee acting cute on his bed side. He sat up and gave her a good morning kiss. He then ruffled up his girlfriend's hair. "How'd you get in here?" he asked.

She smiled at him. "This." She waved a key. "You always put you spare key under your doormat. "Which I already told you, time and time again not to."

Without any warning, Brandon pulled Andy so that they were both on his bed. Then, he kissed her. "Can you make me some breakfast?" He asked, pouting his lips for extra cuteness. Andy pinched his cheeks and kissed him on the lips.

"Sure." She giggled as Brandon started to tickle her. She wrapped her legs around his neck and started to reverse it into and arm bar.

"Hey...Andy...Don't do that! It hurts!" Brandon said as he tried to lift Andy off of him.

"Submit first, grease monkey!" She yelled, giggling after doing so.

Brandon began to use force. He easily lifted Andy, making her legs wrap around his waist. Then, he also wrapped his arms around her waist for extra leverage.

"Checkmate."

Andy giggled and kissed Brandon's lips once more. "What do you want for breakfast?" She asked him.

"You?" He replied sheepishly whilst raising an eyebrow devilishly.

"Pervert." Andy said. Then Brandon's eyes feigned shock, he carefully dropped Andy on the bed and put his hand on his chest, acting pained.

"Me? A pervert?" He asked in mock shock. "That hurts babe."

Andy smiled, then, she stood up and walked towards the kitchen. "Don't worry Mr. Pervert, I'll whip something up for you."

Brandon smiled as he stood up as well to watch his beautiful girlfriend cook breakfast for him.

"Dad, please, I don't want to take over your company." Sean Vermont said stoically as his father gave him an angry glance.

"You are the only heir of this company!" Mr. Vermont boomed. "You are my only son! I expect you to do as I say!"

Sean looked at his father warily. It's always been like this in their household. Ever since his mother left them when he was four, his father became a cold blooded person. Not once had his father even tried to tell him that he loves him, not once had his father tried to go fishing with him. All of the things that Sean wanted in life is nothing but a dream.

Yes, his father owns one of the biggest companies in the world but what's money without the people you care about.

"Dad, you've always been this way ever since mom left us!" Sean blurted out without even thinking. This has been the first time that he'd ever acknowledged his mother in front of his father.

What Sean had said must have been a bullet sent straight to his father's big ego because his father's eyes had this fiery look. Mr. Vermont stood up and walked towards his son.

Sean, not knowing what to do acted brave and stood up. When his father reached him, Sean felt a stinging slap across his face.

"You ingrate. I gave you all the things that you needed but you act this way?" He told his son, making sure that he understands. "If you ever mention your mother again I would disown you, and you won't get anything from me."

Sean looked at his father with the same intense glare. "You gave me material things dad. Material things that I never even asked for!" When Sean was rolling no one can ever stop him. "Maybe mom left us because of your attitude, and I can't blame her because being in a house with you is suffocating!"
