Living in the Dead

Chapter 2: Finding the Enemy!

     Later in that evening, I went back into my house to bring my dog home. By this time I am worried to even walk in my house. I carefully open the door as I take my dogs collar off. I looked out of my window and I saw a shadow of a person, so I walked outside just in case it actually was a human being. I grabbed a flash light, and my phone and took off.
     While opening my door my dog ran outside into the low fog. He was barking and running as fast as he can and then his barking stopped as he left me. I ran up in his direction and ran into my neighbor. My most annoying neighbor.
"Oh. Hey Samuel." I said annoyed.
"Hey"
"You made my dog run away. Thanks a lot."
"No problem"
I put the dog collar back on my dog and walked home.
"Wait, Isabella! Where are you going?"
"Away from you." I keep walking.
As I walk away, Samuel decides to follow me.
     When Samuel catches up to me he says "Do you have any idea what is happening to our neighborhood?" I open the door to my house and walk in. "No, but I did almost get killed by my friend Tiffany."
"Well maybe we should fix this." Samuel said
"I don't know how. And I really don't want to hang out with you." I say in a annoyed tone.
"Come on. Why won't you go?"
"Fine! I will go! Just don't talk to me."
