Chapter 1: Soul of a Pine

Dipper was holding hands with Wendy on one side, and McGucket on the other, watching as the wheel started to glow white.

"Great Unkle Ford I think it's working!" he shouted.

"Yes this is it!" Ford shouted, "Now the rest of you get out, it's too dangerous!" He shouted to the rest of the town's people.

Ford looked over to his left, "We just need one more person,"
He looked behind him to see Stan looking out to see the battle between Bill and the Shack-tron.

"Stanley, Stanley! Get over here you're the only one left!" Ford called out to his brother.

"You do realize this is a bunch of hogwash right?" Stan asked his brother. "Do you really think some cave man graffiti is going to stop that monster?"

"Dang it old man now's not the time!" Gideon yelled.

"Come on!" Wendy yelled

"What are you doing? You're gonna ruin this!" Pasifica shouted

"I have never held hands this long and I am very uncomfortable!" Robbie yelled.

"Whoa hey! Im not the enemy here people!" Stan retaliated, getting closer to the circle. "Don't forget who literally created the end of the world." Stan said pointing at Ford.

"Im sorry Stanley, I know, but just help me fix it please!" Ford begged

"Fine just do one thing. Say thank you." Stan said

"What?" Ford asked.

"I spent 30 years trying to bring you back into this dimension, and you still haven't thanked me!" Stan shouted.
"You want me to shake your hand? Say thank you!" Stan yelled.

"Fine, thank you." Ford said reluctantly holding out his hand to his brother. The wheel started glowing a bright blue.
Stan turned to Soos who was on his other side.

"Ya see between me and him I'm not always the bad twin." Stan told Soos.

"Betwen him and me," Ford added, "Grammar Stanley" He continued.

Stan looked angered, but said nothing, he still held his "brother's" hand. He also mumbled some swears under his breath, the only thing keeping him from letting go, was the kids.

The wheel started to glow a bright blue, and everyone stared in awe.

Bill Cipher was outside tha castle fighting off the Shacktron, when suddenly he saw black clouds swirl around his castle, and a strange feeling was forming in his gut, he felt himself loose power quickly.

The giant rip in the sky seemed to be getting bigger, yet nothing new came from it, instead the henchmaniacs were starting to get pulled in, along with all the weirdness they had caused. His physical form was bring ripped away from him, he felt his form starting to dissapear, he quickly teleported inside the fearamid as he looked at the wheel glow a brilliant blue.

The castle was beginning to be torn apart and sucked into the giant rip in the sky, Bill looked up and saw the rip getting smaller, as the sky began to get back it's regular blue color.

"NO!" He yelled.

A large blast of energy shook the town, afterwards everything was calm, for a few seconds.

The people around where the wheel used to be stopped holding hands, and ran into town, to greet their famiky and friends, except the Pines.

Dipper and Mabel hugged each other tightly, crying out of relief, Stan and Ford were glaring at each other, and they failed to notice Bill still struggling to keep his physical form.

He needed a vessel, anyone would do! He thought of all the people he came in contact with, his eye landed on a certain small kid with a pinetree hat.

Dipper.

Dipper still failed to realize the trouble he was in, Mabel quit hugging Dipper

"Common Dip, lets go talk to our friends!" She said, as she motioned him out of the woods.

"Just a minute" Dipper responed as he looked at the small crater created by the wheel.

Bill found his chance and immediately floated at Dipper and ripped his very soul out of his body. Dipper's body went stiff, then he collapsed on the floor.

"Dipper!" Mabel yelled. She ran to her brother's side and shook him.

"Dipper! Dipper please! What's going on! Talk to me!" she cried.

Dipper suddenly smiled, not a happy smile though, more like the smile of a crazy person.

"Oh I'm perfectly fine," He said, then his eyes shot open to reveal yellow eyes with black slits for pupils, Mabel screamed and backed away. Bill stood up,

"Did ya miss me shooting star?" Bill taunted.

Mabel's head went blank, she had no idea what to do. She was frozen.

Bill gave Mabel a cocky smile, but then he stiffened again, and fell to the floor coughing, Dipper's eyes changed back to brown.

"M-Mabel'' Dipper stuttered weakly.

His eyes changed back to Bill's as he tried to stand up, but he fell back down as his eyes changed back to brown.

"Mabel run!" Dipper pleaded.

Mabel was terrified, but was not going anywhere without her brother.

"Leave my brother alone!" she yelled.

"Oh? Shooting star wants to be the hero now?" Bill taunted.

Dipper's eyes went back to brown. He collapsed on the floor twitching, his eyes flickering from yellow to brown.

Dipper felt the worst pain he had ever felt in his life, at any moment he could havw given up, but he would not give up everything he had worked for.

"GIVE IT UP PINETREE!" Bill taunted.

Dipper felt Bill slowly lose power, this gave him the last bit of strength needed to keep fighting. He stayed strong and stood his ground. All in an effort to live.

Dipper suddenly felt calm, and in his head heard the shrill scream of a dying demon. It was over... Or was it?
