Golden Years

College Day

Subaru had stuffed Asami in her room so it could be a surprise on how she looked. He know Kendall and Mizuki. He just hope they come on time. Plus he still had to make lunch before they leave.

When Kendall was done getting ready with herself, she was putting the final touches on Mizuki. She wanted to make sure he wasn't too easily recognizable so she was putting stuff in his hair and had him try on a bunch of outfits, and a bit of contouring makeup wouldn't hurt. Even with all of that, he was still really good looking she thought. Kendall blushed but shook it off. She also hopes that things will run smoothly and nothing bad will happen, at the same time she cursed herself for jinxing herself possibly.

"Subaru please let me out now...they haven't even said they are on their way yet..." Asami said as she knocked on the door.

"Nope they might have forgotten."

"I don't think that they forget."

"Sorry they could come in at any moment."

"Oh I can't believe I'm locked in my own bedroom..."

Subaru sent out a text saying that things over here are going as planned. He also asked what they wanted to eat.

Mizuki received a text message as Kendall was getting him ready. "Subaru asks what you want for lunch."

"Sounds like he's going to cook for us since I see that's his thing. I never had a bento box before so I'll have that."

"What do you want in your bento box?"

"Those octopus hotdogs I always see and those egg sushi things, stemmed rice, and for a fruit, strawberries please."

"You remind me of a strawberry. Always red and your freckles are like the seeds."

"And now you're comparing me to fruit?! Quit it, you!" She couldn't be mad, she just laughed at it. Mizuki smiled along with her while sending out a text of what Kendall and he wanted and said they will be in their way shortly.

It took awhile for Mizuki to text back they probably were getting ready but Asami would like the update.

"Hang in there Asami, they will be on their way soon." Subaru said.

"Do I have a choice?"

"Nope, I'm gonna make your lunch too. I know what you want." He said. Subaru knows she's probably pouting in there. He went to the kitchen to start cooking. He put a lot of work into each of the lunches.

A little while later, Mizuki and Kendall arrived at Asami's place to start the day. Kendall looked at Mizuki and he was really handsome even in disguise and praised herself for doing a good job, he passed for looking not like himself that she had to remind herself that is her bodyguard, not a stranger.

"Is everything alright?"

"Yup, everything is peachy!"

"If you say so." He knocked on the door, awaiting an answer.

Subaru was currently in the middle of making his own lunch when he heard the door. So he stopped and went to check the camera to make sure that it was Kendall.....and Mizuki. So he opened the door.

"Wow Mizuki you don't look like yourself. Good job. Anyway come in." Subaru said as he went back to work on his lunch box. "Kendall yours is right here. Mizuki yours is that one. Don't touch this one it's Asami's."

"It looks SO good, Subaru! I cannot wait until lunch time!" Kendall said excitedly.

"Great as usual, Subaru. By the way, where is Asami?"
