By time, we became good friends but there were a few problems as I was having my classes in the afternoon and she was having hers in the evening, so we had our free times only after coming from our respective schools and at nights when she comes from her extra class.
As I was not having an internet connection at my home I visited Aniket's home in the afternoon but at night it would become difficult for me to come online. I used to come online till 10:00 pm. Day by day we came to know each other a bit more than the previous. On Sunday's she was not able to come online as her father was home for the whole day.
I had not seen her till then. We enjoyed our chit-chat. She started to come online as per my schedule so that we can chat daily. I started to take time from my schedule just to come online and chat with her.
One day while I was coming from my friend's house I saw her on the bridge but she didn't noticed me. I stood like a statue, staring at her. I was having a question running in my mind that whether she recognizes me or not. No, she didn't recognized me. She went ahead. She was with one of her friends, Shruti. That day we were having a holiday as there was some festival and her dad was also at home hence, she didn't came online that day.
I went to Aniket's house to pin her a text 'Today, I saw you.'
Next day, she replied 'where,when and how?' I texted her 'I went by your side but u didn't noticed.' She was like 'really?' I replied with a 'yep'.
We started talking to each other like idiots.
Soon, there were exams. Somehow we managed to talk in between our exams. We were knowing each other more day by day. I was from U.P and she was a pure 'Marathi Mulgi.' Some days we used to fight, some days we enjoyed. Days passed. I remember how she teased me. So I was thinking 'how should I tease her?'
Then I asked Viraj as he was her friend. He told me some names like 'Samosa' & 'Mungi' as Mungekar was her surname but I didn't knew the story behind 'Samosa.' So from then onwards I used them to tease her and she was like 'who told you all this names? Viraj, am I right?' She asked. 'Hehehehe' I replied 'U got me.'
Days still passed. I now knew about her family and she too knew about mine. I asked her frankly 'Do you have a boyfriend?' And she honestly told me that she had one and I didn't asked her about him.
As her mood changed I started cracking jokes. She also asked 'what about you?' 'I have a gf' I replied. I was messing with her because I wanted to see her reaction. She started asking about her. And I started lying to her. It was fun for me. But it was clear that she was not happy with all this.
One day I told her truth that I wasn't in any relationship with any girl. She was bit happy while questioning 'so why did you lie to me?' I said 'I was having fun'
She said 'Huh...really?'
