First Words and First Steps. Baby!Harry

Harry: *8 months*

Louis: Daddy

Niall: Uncle

Harry crawled in only his diaper over to his daddy and reached up for him. Louis smiled and picked him up, bouncing his left leg a little bit and kissed his forehead. Niall was coming over for a little play-date with him, Louis thought it would be a good idea to have Harry playing with Niall since he barely does.

Once Louis heard the door bell he placed Harry in his play-pen and opened the door, "Hey mate!" Niall yelled and bro-hugged Louis, before walking in and seeing Harry bouncing while he was standing up. "Hello Harry." he kissed around his face making Harry giggle adorably. Niall picked him up and Harry squealed, kicking his feet and touching around Niall's face. 

He clapped his hands and squealed again happily, looking over at his daddy and waving. Louis smiled and waved back, "I'll be right back baby." he cooed and kissed his cheek. "Ni, mind watching him while I go to the store?" 

"Not a problem bro, what time will you be back?" 

"Um around 4:30." Niall nodded and kissed Harry's cheek, Harry smiled and hid his face on Niall's shoulder. Harry pointed over at a toy and he looked so shocked, Niall laughed and brought him to the jack in a box. Niall placed Harry done and Harry crawled on all fours, Niall got out his camera and started recording it.

"Look baby, you wind it." he started to do it as Harry gripped onto his onesie before doing it himself, jack popped up, Harry jumped and then burst into tears. Niall cooed.

"Waddy!" he said and Niall gasped.

"Did he just..." 

"Waddyy!!!" he screamed again.

"Oh my god, Louis missed his first word! I got it on camera too!" Niall exclaimed and ended the video, calling Louis.

"Hello?"

"Dude! Dude you just missed it! Oh my god." 

"What happened?"

"Harry just said his first word!!"

"Are you fucking kid - you got to be kidding me Ni." 

"I'm dead serious! He said daddy! I got it on tape too." 

"....What happened for him to say it?"

"Well he wanted to play with the jack in a box and when it popped out, he started crying then he said it." 

Niall could hear some shuffling on the other line, "I'll be right there." Niall nodded but then hung up.

Niall tried calming him down when Louis came through the door, Harry looked up then went on all fours, before standing up and taking a few steps to where Louis was standing, Louis gasped as Harry made his way toward him. When Harry was just about to grip onto Louis leg, he lost balance and fell forward, Louis caught him. "Oh my god baby! Your first steps! Oh my god i'm so proud of you." he kissed his cheek as Harry was still crying.

"Waddy." he sighed and Louis' mouth was parted open.

"That's it baby." he kissed his cheek again and started to sway a bit. Harry soon fell asleep, "oh my god- he - best day of my life!" Louis smiled.

"Yeah and here's the  video when he said it the first time." Niall sent it to his phone.

"Best day ever!"
