(Vince POV)

I was walking down the streets not knowing where I am going. I don’t have anything even the diamonds that the druid gave me. I left them at the closet of Raven at least I hid them well so no one can see it. But the problem here is that the sky is already darkening I left my parents house this morning and the evening is already about to start. Poor me no place to stay I shall do something that will make my boredom go, I always go to the beach back in the island well I love swimming since I’m a merman and I turns into a gorgeous, hot, well toned abs and large muscles guy.

I saw a river or something at least few meters away from me, I run towards it I’m so excited to be a merman once again. That made me think of something, well I don’t need to have a place to stay since I can live underwater I can stay in the ocean for the rest of my life but first I need to swim in this river in front of me to relieve some frustrations inside me.

I jump in the river in front of me, well it was kind of deep and I don’t want to go lower since its kind a creepy. Yes I’m afraid I usually go through deep water when it’s daylight and not this dark. Well I’m so hot not to be seen by others; sadly this place is not like our island where everybody is free to see who I really am. Because I’m pretty sure that the peoples in here will freak out when they see me.

I heard some voice on top of the water but I can’t see him or her that well since it’s already getting dark. I swim upper to see the guy or gal, when I saw the guy standing in the tip of the river I was petrified when I saw the guy clearly it’s my father and with my mother at her back I immediately shift my fins into legs so they won’t knew a thing.

“What are you doing down there!?!” MY mother said she looks like she is freaking out.

“Drowning” I said with full sarcasm, as if I will ever drown. Did you ever heard of that? It goes like this: Flash report: a mermaid drowned under the sea. Isn’t that ridiculous?

“How long are you under there?” My mother asked worriedly.

“A couple of hours” I said, well it’s not true since I just started for about 7-10 minutes ago. My mother expression is pure shock she looks so worried about me. She dashed towards some car and picks a towel, whoah this girl I think is a girl scout always prepared.

“Then why didn’t you drown already?” My father asked oh yes here is my not so nice father again.

“Butt off sucker” I shouted glaring at him.

“Hey both of you stop that!” My mother shouted as she lends me a helping hand trying to get me out of the cold water.

I just jump out of water not bothering to get the helping hand of my mother, I definitely don’t need them. I just walks straight not bothering to look at them, well if they get out of their house just to find me.. It’s not a credit for them since there will be no Vince returning to that house.

“Vince where are you going?” My mother said as she holds my hands stopping me from going anywhere, well I didn’t knew that my mother is this strong.

“Far from all of you” I said as I looks at them.

“Why?”

“Well I don’t like a father who gives a crap just like that guy over there, well he can say everything that he wants inside of HIS house but I’m totally speaking out when it’s about my rights. Since that fag hater over there is a little bit annoying or should I say a lot?” I said and jerk my mother hand out of me and walk straight away from them.
