(Rafas POV)

I pulled the tray out of the food elevator and lift it up; I was still wandering why there is a letter in it. I would like to read it first but Vince will need these beers first so I’ll just read it in the couch. I walk a few steps and there you go I am in the couch I drop the beers in the table in sit besides Vince, I immediately opened the letter and to see it was a letter from my parents. Well that was unusual every time they send a message to me is only a greeting card for my birthday but it’s not my birthday today so I better read it.

Dear son.

I am coming up already to your room, yes we have finally finished our tour around the world and now it’s our time to make it up to you. I hope you are not mad at us for leaving you with your nannies but we tried our best to give all of your needs and wants, and you will be moving with us in our mansion in Tagaytay. Oh I will like to meet your girlfriend too.

In the kitchen and while you are reading this we are on the elevator on the way to your unit.

“What the hell!” I shouted furiously, I don’t know how to act in front of them when they see there only son with another guy! Oh my god, this is bullshit. No! I shall face them with fury because they let me leave by myself for a lot of years, yes, yes that is it! I will blame them for me being gay. Definitely it was their fault if they guided me properly I will not be gay. That is right!

*thing* the elevator rings.

“Hello son!” My mom and dad shouted in joy after the elevator opens whoah as I’ve thought I have forgotten about their face already. So they are my parents now I know what they look like after all of these years. I just smirked at them looking not excited at seeing them, I roll my eyes and head back to the kitchen to give them cold water. “Hey son where are you going?” My asked me. I didn’t bother looking back at them.

“Getting you some COLD water” I opened the refrigerator and as I have thought the ice cube that I left two months ago am still here. I grab the cubes and divide them into two for two glasses of not so cold water. The two glasses were filled with ice cubes and put SOME water. yeah let see how strong their teeth are against not so cold water. I walked back to the couch and to see my parents talking to Vince.

“Oh it’s so nice to know that you’re a friend of my son, how did you met then?” My mother asked Vince looking so happy and my father is just sitting beside my mom looking so glad to see vince. That is weird.

“I just met him in the plane Mrs. Cruz, he offered me to live in here while I am searching for a place to stay. I didn’t know he was your son” Vince laughed slyly. It seems like I am being left out in here, did they know each other? Uhmm.

“What is going on?” I said in a high tone, this really seems awkward for me. Vince looks like he is a friend of my parents hmm. I raised one of my eyebrows from confusion this thing is getting me irritated.

“I didn’t know you are living with Vince, he was the son of my friend Marilyn. If only you were gay! I really wish I have a gay son so that I can have vince as my son in law” My mother said cheerfully, did she said she was hoping for a gay son? Hello I am here a gay and a son of you. I just rolled my eyes, I don’t know how to admit I am.
