Chapter 11

(Vince POV)

Mario and I are having our small date in a fancy restaurant, not bad at all. But I can’t remove my thoughts from Raven, I know it’s not fair for marios’ side, thinking of other guy while I’m dating with him but how can I possibly remove raven from my thoughts when I saw him crying a while ago. And half of my mind tells me I’m the reason; my conscience can’t handle all of it.

“Are you even listening?” Mario asked looking displeased from what I act. Yes, he was talking all along but I can’t even lend one ear to him. I’m so busy thinking about raven, I should stop this nonsense or this date will end up offending Mario.

“I’m sorry, there was something bothering me” I replied sighing out the air within me.

“Nahhh, its fine. Want to talk about it? He gave me a sly smile but with a different twist in it.

“Nope, we better not. I don’t want our first date to be ruined” I replied, he smiles sheepishly that it made me wonder why he is doing that. Did I say something funny? “Hey what is that all about?” I say shouting it mildly.

“Does that mean we can have a few more dates after this?” I just smirk at him, so that was the sheepish smile all about. Well it’s not that I’m disagreeing, it’s fine actually but why does he need to smile like that? It sends chills through my balls.

“Don’t assume such things” He grins at me. “If the date goes out well why not?” I added, it made him go crazy. I really don’t know why this guy is so in to me. I mean yes I’m cute in a way but with his looks he will definitely some guy better than me.

“So what do you want to eat?” He asked after few awkward moments.

“you” I joked.

“You can have a taste of me later if you want to” He answers me looking all serious, what the hell he thought I’m serious.

“I’m just kidding” I said, smirking at him he sometimes acts like an idiot, doesn’t match his looks at all. Minus points for him.

“Oh” he said looking all so shy. He better be, thinking that I will really like to have a taste of him in public.

“Just pick the food for me” I said and turns my head to the left looking at the people in the restaurant. To see my mother and brother in one of the tables with sunglasses and hats. If they think they can hide themselves like that they are nuts. It made me feel uncomfortable, my family is watching over my date and they are acting like some secret agents or something.

I look back to my date trying to remove the thoughts from my head, or I will end up cracking myself.

“Lets eat outside” I hurriedly said to Mario.

“Why? You don’t like the atmosphere around here?” He asked. I grab his head pulling him towards me we are only one inch away from each other.

“You see my family is watching over me, they are at the table over to our left the people with sunglasses and hats. We better stick out butt of here or we will end up not having a good time. Get it?” I whisper through his face.

“Oh I get it, I didn’t notice they were your family. I like this kind a game, hiding” He said, I thought it was obvious that the people over there were my parents or Mario is just really some kind of idiot? “Miss put my order for takeout” he said to the waiter. The waiter just nodded.

And after ten minutes the waiter brings us the food completely packed and we are set to go. Mario picked the foods and grab me outside and pushes me inside his car. Before I can even talk he pushed the gas and he is driving like a drunk..
