Percy's P.O.V
"I'll go with Rouge Wave, it sounds cool." I told Clint,
"Rouge Wave does sound very cool." he replied. Just as he said that, and alarm went off.
"Attack in Central Park! Strange creatures are attacking civilians!" JARVIS's voice screeched over the intercom. When we saw what was attacking, I almost passed out. At least 50 hellhounds, 70 Empousai, 2 Drakons a Hydra, and 2 out of the three Gorgons. Euryale and Stheno. I groaned right then and there.
"Of course it's an army!" I complained. This is just great, I really wasn't in the mood to fight off a whole army, especially by myself, since the Avenger's can't do anything.
"We are so dead!" I exclaimed, "You guys can't do anything to them!"
That earned strange looks.
"What do you mean, 'we can't do anything to them'?" Bruce asked, clearly confused.
"Only 3 metals can kill monsters. Celestial Bronze, Imperial Gold, and Stygian Iron. Which none of you have." I explained.
"So, you want us to sit here while you do all the work?" Tony asked, sarcastically.
"Well, unless you feel like dying, then yes. I've handled worse armies. But the thing I'm worried about is how they all spawned so fast." I muttered that last part.
"Well, good luck. And if you need any of us, you can use this." Steve said, handing me an earpiece. Thanking Steve, I slipped the earpiece on and walked towards the elevator, hesitating, but deciding to go on none the less. But then it hit me: if the monsters are attacking mortals, then the mortal news would definitely be there. I needed a disguise and fast. Suddenly, a flash of light engulfed the elevator and what appeared was an apple watch with a note attached to it. The note read: I made a monster proof apple watch for you, Percy. It has the usual apple watch features, but the app labeled 'Armour' is special. I suggest you tap it. XOXO- Hephaestus I muttered my thanks to Hephaestus and rushed out of stark towers towards Central Park. When I arrived the site was horrible-The monsters were destroying the park and the police officers were getting beat up badly. I wonder what they were seeing. I ran into a nearby ally, turned on my apple watch and selected the 'Armour' Icon, and suddenly I was covered in celestial Bronze Armour, with wave patterns and a Sea Green Cape. I was also wearing a Celestial bronze helmet that covered my face. Good. I uncapped Riptide and charged into battle, saying not-so-nice words in Ancient Greek. In almost a minute I killed 20 of the Empousai and 10 hellhounds. The mortals were screaming and I'm positive I heard a reporter covering the whole thing. I decided to give the mortals a little show and used my water powers, effectively killing the rest of the Hellhounds and Empousai. Now it was just me, the Hydra, two drakons and two Gorgons.
"Care to have a Cheese 'n' Wiener?" Stheno asked sweetly. She still is obsessed with selling those? If that's the case...
"Hey Stheno, it's been a while. How did you guys spawn out of the pit so fast? I mean, the war was only a month ago. Is someone helping you?" I asked sweetly.
"Of course! Master Tarturus said that he would spawn us back quickly so we can kill your kind for what you did to lady Gaia!" Stheno responded, and she earned a wack to the head.
"YOU IDIOT! MASTER WANTED TO REMAIN UNKNOWN!" Her sister yelled, "NOW HE'LL NEVER SURRENDER TO US SO MASTER CAN CONTINUE WHAT HE STARTED!" and she covered her mouth, and I killed both sisters in an instant. Tarturus wanted me back to finish his torture sessions. I guess torturing me in my dreams wasn't good enough for him. Now it was just me, the hydra, and the drakons. The two drakons lunged at me and I rolled out of the way, then dodged a fireball from the hydra. When the Drakon's leaped at me again, I sliced under their bellies and they were dust. Now it was just me and the hydra. I knew I couldn't beat this thing alone, but something caught my eye: The hydra set a tree on fire. A idea came into my head, and I ran towards the tree, pulled down a burning branch, and attacked the hydra. And every time I cut off a head, I stabbed the burning wood into it, and the monster was soon dust. There was a lot of cheering around me and I saw mortals taking pictures of me and I felt instantly nervous. Gods I hated attention. A news lady ran up to me and asked me questions, like "How did you control water?" and "What were those things?" and that concerned me. Could the mortals see through the mist? I'd have to ask the gods about that later. I was getting tired of the news lady so I whistled for blackjack. The lady looked at me weird until I jumped onto my trusty Steed.
'Hey boss, where to? Got any doughnuts?' Blackjack asked me
I laughed, "to stark towers, and I'll see if Tony has any" I responded.
When we arrived, the Avengers were staring at me.
"Where'd you get the Armour?" Peter asked, confused.
"Hephaestus gave it to me in the elevator." I responded, clicking the little button where the apple watch would be, and it morphed off of me. "Now if you'll excuse me, I have a hungry Pegasus to feed. Do you got any doughnuts Tony?"
"Yeah, on the counter." he responded, "and did you say Pegasus?"
"Yep" I popped the 'p.' I stole a pain doughnut and ran to the roof, the avengers at my heel, and I was greeted by a inpatient Blackjack.
'There you are boss! I was getting worried! Who are these people?' Blackjack exclaimed.
I laughed, "Blackjack, Avengers, Avengers, Blackjack. and here's your doughnut bud!"
'Thanks Boss!' Blackjack whinnied
"Don't call me boss!" I complained. That earned some looks.
"Are you... talking to it?" Natasha asked, and I nodded,
"So of Poseidon, remember?"
After Blackjack finished his doughnut and returned to camp, we were sitting in the lounge room. I was having a nice conversation with Steve until I was tackled to the ground by a mysterious shadowy figure.
