**Cali's thoughts & pov**

"So how's school going" Lori asked me
as I start to eat dinner with Simon and his family.

"It's actually going great I've been bringing my grades up" I tell her, she nods her head and starts talking to Rick Simons dad, her husband.

"Do you know where simon is?" Emily whispers to me from across the table.

"I don't, he told me he had to take care of something" I reply to her she shrugs and goes back onto her phone.

I sit at the table and finish my dinner as everyone finishes eating Simon walks through the front door and runs upstairs I'm guessing to his room.

I put my plate into the sink and go up to Simons room, I don't bother knocking so I just walk in.

"Hey Simon I-" I start to say but then cover my eyes and turn my back away from him

"Cali what are you doing" Simon says in a frustrating voice, "sorry I was just coming up here to talk" I say

"Are you fully clothed now?" I ask
I hear him laugh a little "yeah I'm done" he says I uncovered my eyes and turn towards him.

"Good because I didn't need or want to see you naked" I say and walk over to his bed.

"So why are you i such a bad mood anyway?" I question him, he goes into his bathroom and starts to brush his teeth.

"I'm not- well I have a lot going on, and tours coming back up so I have to plan for that" he tells me i nod my head.

"You can uncover your eyes now" Simon says I uncover my eyes and continue watching the movie.

I love scary movies but sometimes they can be a little too scary for me.

After I was in Simons room we talked for a while and catch up in each other's lives, we decided to watch a movie in the living room since everyone else went upstairs.

"I'll get more popcorn" I say and grab the bowl and walk towards the kitchen.

I put the popcorn into the microwave and wait for it to be done.

"What's taking you so long?" Simon ask while in the living room still watching the movie.

"Calm yourself flop it's almost done" I tell him dumping the popcorn into the bowl.

"About time" Simon says playfully grabbing the bowl out of my hand.

I roll my eyes and sit down next to him.
