We go through trials,
We live through tribulations.
Our faith is tested daily
Our beliefs questioned.
Every second a life born,
Every second a life dies.
You are hurt by the very ones that love you
You are hated because of who your friends are
but,
Life goes on.
The tide comes and goes.
Clocks display, the seconds, the minutes and the hours.
While many complain about nonsensical things, I have chosen to look up at the heavens, I admit, I am neither perfect, nor righteous, but when I close my eyes tonight and go into that beautiful land of sleep, I go knowing, all I do, all I am is the very best that I can be.
Should I need changing, man is ill equipped to change me, only God will change me in His own good time. I don't serve the creature, I serve the Creator.
