As our swords locked in combat I yelled at the girl. "Run while you have the chance don't worry about me." so she fled from everyone and ran into a house behind me as to think that if i cant protect her the house will. So the bandit who had locked swords with me started slashing at me blinded with rage he swung but i blocked every time but every time he swung and it hit my sword it felt as though my arms were getting weaker and weaker until they just gave out. he went and slashed again just barely missing my neck by a few centimeters and i started yelling for someone to help because i know if i didn't i would die, then there he is James rushed in empty handed and tackled the bandit to the ground grabbing the nearest thing to him a rock and started smashing the bandit to death with it. Blood was spewing every where after the first couple of hits James just kept hitting him harder and harder and wouldn't stop until i grabbed him by the shoulder and said. "James dude you can stop now he is dead don't worry everyone is safe now." James looked up at me with a face covered in blood, sweat, and tears. "Dude are you okay?" I asked. "Yeah i'm fine i guess" He replied as he got up wiping his face on his sleeve As i got up to follow him and see if i can figure out what was wrong I got stopped by someone. She looked kinda familiar "Josh I have been waiting a very long time for you to come here." She said. "Who are you do I know you?" I questioned her. "Yes you do know me yet you do not know my name because you have not gained my trust quite yet but I will tell you sooner or later for the name of someone can give you control over them." She said in reply. Then i remembered her she was the girl I saw in my dream so I turned to go and continue on my journey and maybe go get some food but when i turned to look back no one was there "Huh where did she go?" I wondered to myself. But needlessly I turned around and walked the other way. As I started approaching the boundaries between the village and the wild I heard a very faint yell "Josh wait up!" I turned around to look who was yelling and all I saw was James sprinting over towards me. "I think you forgot this" James said handing me the sword. "Can I come with you?" James asked me. "Uhhh sure I guess so." I said in reply. "Oh yeah thanks for saving my life back there man how did you even do that?" I asked. James shrugged then said I don't know I guess I just didn't want to see you get hurt or even worse killed..." he said. We started walking towards a mountain in the distance not knowing what laid ahead of us.
