Vs Finance Company
"Report."(Tokiya)
"Your Majesty, our kingdom don't have any problems with the finance. The people are paying their taxes properly and we didn't spend the money really much."(Finance Advisor)

Looks like the currency in this world is G(Gills).
The prices in this world doesn't follow the rules of my world.
For example, you can buy an apple for 2G.
You can buy a meal for 5G.
A normal inn room cost 12G.
It's really hard to grasp the rules of the prices.

"How much taxes per houses?"(Tokiya)
"It's 30G, Your Majesty."(Finance Advisor)

That's.....
Too little....
Why?
Maybe....

"How about the people's income?"(Tokiya)
"Well, a normal farmer's income is about 50G. A normal fisherman is about 75G."(Finance Advisor)

No wonder their taxes are so low.

"Why is that? I thought farmers are supposed to have high incomes?"(Tokiya)
"Well, crops kept dying here for unknown reasons, we checked it with magic but there isn't any problem."(Finance Advisor)

Crops dying....
Is it because of the soil?

I'll have this talk with the Humanitarian Advisor.

"What about trading?"(Tokiya)
"Trading? Well, Zanarkia doesn't trade with other, Your Majesty."(Finance Advisor)
"Even though there's a port?"(Tokiya)
"That's for ships who pass through here to get supplies and rest."(Finance Advisor)

What were the previous kings thinking....

"I see. I need you to gather some people from your company, if it's possible, people who is good at calculating."(Tokiya)
"For what reasons?"(Finance Advisor)
"I want to make a new comapny, a Trading Company."(Tokiya)
"Yes, Your Majesty. But I'm afraid there aren't many people in my company."(Finance Advisor)

Well, if we need more manpower...

"Make it a new job, ask the citizens, make the salary good."(Tokiya)
"Understood."(Finance Advisor)

"Just what?"(Tokiya)
"There're a lot people can't get jobs. Our land is limited so farming is out of the question. Boats are quite expensive so fishing is out of the question too. Inns and restaurants have already have employees so there's not quite job left for about 30% of our citizens."(Humanitarian Advisor)

30% of the population is jobless eh....
Now that's a big problem.

"Then, let's introduce some new jobs."(Tokiya)
"First, Entertainers."(Tokiya)
"I don't quite understand, Your Majesty."(Humanitarian Advisor)
"Well, there are a lot of types of entertainers. Storytellers, Bards, Dancers, Singers, Comedians and Plays."(Tokiya)
"I'm sorry, Your Majesty. But I don't understand half of those things."(Humanitarian Advisor)

Ah...
This is hard to explain.

I explained to him what those are.
Storyteller=People who tell interesting stories.
Bard=People who tell stories with music.
Dancer=People who move with graceful moves.
Singer=People who sing.
Comedian=People who tell jokes to make people laugh.
Play=People act as characters in a story.

"I see. That is definitely interesting."(Humanitarian Advisor)
"And we can build a theatre for them."(Tokiya)
"Like a place for them to perform, Your Majesty?"(Humanitarian Advisor)
"Yes. But they need to pay to rent that place of course. But they can just perform on the streets. Imagine it! A crowd watching a performance in the middle of a street. Isn't that beautiful?"(Tokiya)
"I agree, Your Majesty."(Humanitarian Advisor)
"After you tell that to the citizen, gather the entertainers up and make it a company, The Entertainment Company and send a representative to me."(Tokiya)
"Yes, Your Majesty."(Humanitarian Advisor)
"Well, that was my first suggestion."(Tokiya)

"Do we have blacksmiths or tailors in our kingdom?"(Tokiya)
"There is one blacksmith and two tailor shops."(Humanitarian Advisor)
"Tell them to meet me after this."(Tokiya)
"Yes, Your Majesty."(Humanitarian Advisor)

"Next is the adventurers."(Tokiya)
"Adventurers, Your Majesty?"(Humanitarian Advisor)
"You know there's a big forest near the kingdom,right?"(Tokiya)
"Yes, Your Majesty."(Humanitarian Advisor)
"That's why we will make an adventurer guild. To train people to battle monsters and get materials."(Tokiya)
"I see."(Humanitarian Advisor)

"Well, there isn't any problems. But some monsters sometimes attack our guards."(Military Advisor)

I told him about the adventurer guild.

"How about magic? Does the army really doesn't use magic for combat?"(Tokiya)

Man, this is more exhausting than I thought.
Well, tomorrow I have to meet the Magic Company and the Blacksmith and Tailors.
Then, I think I'll walk around the kingdom.
