Rhode walk straight to the seafood section of the store, looking for the perfect size for the boys. "柔柔,是你吗? (Rhode, is that you?)" Mark turned towards the stranger, tapping Rhode's shoulder for her attention. "Ahjumma! 好久不见! 身体还好吗? (Auntie! Long time no see! How's your health?)" The girl smiled widely as she greeted her aunt with a bear hug. "阿姨还好。JungKook 人呢? 你是? (Auntie's fine. Where's JungKook? And you are?)" Ahjumma started asking alot of questions, mostly referring to Mark and JungKook. " 啊,这是 Mark,我的... (Ah, this is Mark, my...)" She looked at Mark before answering. "他是我的男朋友。 (He's my boyfriend.)" The older's jaw almost drop but the silver-haired gave his hand a squeeze.
"Jinjja? 你的眼神还好。(Really? Your picking is good.)" Ahjumma laughed before picking up a crab and examined it. "这个螃蟹可以吗? 你修要几个? 跟我讲,阿姨去拿。(How about this crab, is this one fine? How many do you need? You can tell me, Auntie will take for you.)" "阿姨是在这家店做工? (Auntie works in this shop?)" Mark spoke up in his deep and husky voice. "给我七个吧。(Give me seven of them then.)" Rhode asked, handing the crab back to her aunt. "Mark-ah,你今年是... (Mark-ah, this year you are...)" "二十二. (22 years old.)" Mark repiled cooly, holding onto Rhode's hand. Ahjumma nodded as she went back store to give Rhode her seven crabs.
"Why did you tell her I'm your boyfriend? We're only members of the same group." Mark whispered. "I gotta. Or she'll take up 30 minutes of our time telling me to find a boyfriend. You are a boyfriend material anyways so she'll believe me. I have 7 hungry baby birds- including you- that I have to feed." She mumbled back, poking Mark's nose. "True." Ahjumma came back shortly with a bag of 7 crabs. "Now Mark, you better look after Rho for me. If she gets into any harm the first person I'll look for is you. You got me?" Ahjumma warned Mark with that commanding tone of hers as Rhode laughed in the background. "Gwaenchanha, Ahjumma." She toom the bags from the older's grasp and walked off. Mark shrugged before smirking, knowing he has a place in Rhode's heart. 'Oh wait till the boys hear about this.'
"Mark? Markie~" Rhode waved her hand infront of Mark's face. "What? Oh mian." "I was wondering, should I go back to school in Singapore?"
"Well yes. Your only 14. And I believe you missed 7 months of schooling since the end of March." The younger pouted at his comment while unlocking the dorm's front door. "But I don't need math to sing, or science to compose. I need nuthin!" Rhode spat back. "I know I asked you for your opinion, but I'm not going back." She excused herself from the boys at the living room and shut herself in the kitchen cooking."Now what happened to you two?" Jaebum raised an eyebrow. "Did you do something that made her mad?" Jackson pointed a finger at Mark. "She asked me whether she should continue her schooling and of course I said yes!" Mark defended himself from Jackson's attack. "You should know Rhode isn't the study type." BamBam stated, sipping on his orange juice. "She's like me and Yugyeom- and JungKook too. 'Study' isn't her jam. She loves partying till tye sun rise." BamBam somewhat boasted which got Jinyoung shaking his head. "Yeah. She's athletic, flexible. Did I metion about the time Rhode bend backwards all the way to the floor?" Said Yugyeom as he glanced up from his phone. "But can she backflip? Can she do what I can do?" Jackson stood up. "Woah, chill down Jackson." Youngjae calmly made Jackson sit back on the sofa.
"Jackson is competitive. And I don't know, actually. We've never seen her do it." Mark said, looking at the kitchen before leaning in towards the group. "Guess what happened at the store just now." "You got mobbed by a group of crazy saesangs?" Guessed Youngjae as Jackson laughed sarcastically. "No. We met her ahjumma and she asked her to introduce me. Rho then said I was her boyfriend. To be honest, my heart flipped." "No, she didn't." BamBam gasped. "She did. Hah, looks like I have a place in her heart." Bragged Mark. "Rho, who do you prefer more in the group?" Jaebum asked aloud so Rhode could hear his question. "That's a hard one. All of you." She shouted back, washing what was presumed the dishes.
Mark pouted at her answer. "It's fine, we still have Markson." Jackson threw his hands around the older. "How about MarkBam? JackBam?" Yugyeom asked, looking at BamBam. "What? No! No MarkBam! Its Markson or never." BamBam acted heartbroken as Yugyeom gave him a hug. "Jinyoung, move your head." Rhode said as she came out of the kitchen with a huge pot in hand. Jinyoung immediately ducked so the younger could put the pot on the table. She lifted the lid and the smell of chilli crab filled the dorm- along with steam. "It smells yummy!" Youngjae licked his lips as Rhode set a crab on his plate. "This is daebak! We need to visit Singapore again." Jackson suggested, already digging into the crab. "Maybe next year, Jackson." Jaebum agreed to his suggestion, tasting his crab.
"Your not eating, Rhode?" BamBam asked, looking up from the table. "I ate already. I'm going to sleep earlier, I'm beat." She grabbed her clothes as she went to take a shower. Mark looked at yer weirdly. "She only bought 7 crabs. So when did she eat?" Yugyeom swallowed his bite. "What? Mayhe she's on a diet?" Jinyoung knocked the giant's head softly. "She's already thin. Why is she on a diet?" "I'm not Jinyoung. Just eat your crab and be quiet. Aish~" Rhode dissed Jinyoung, shouting from the bathroom. The other members laughed as Jinyoung gave each of them a glare.
