The good girl meets the bad boy

Chapter 5: crush.

Ethan gave me a dirty look and walked in. He sat in front of the class, next to Taylor. I was so curios to know how on earth were they friends. We had History class at that time, and the teacher was pretty strict.

"Ethan," Mrs. Maria said, " Your late."

"So" He said. ugh, god he was such a show off.

"Go get a late slip," She said angrily, "Now!"

"Whatever." He said.

And so he got up to get a late slip. I really admired Mrs. Maria, she was so strong and confident and she did not care that he is the principles son. Taylor was shaking his head in disappointment. Mrs. Maria continued teaching, to be honest, I really didn't understand anything she was saying, History was so boring, I actually fell asleep in class.

'Riiiiing' I jumped up from my chair and pushed my books off the table by accident when the bell rang. Taylor chuckled, and I also did.

I was picking up my books from the floor when someone's hand touched mine, it was Taylor.

"Hey, lemme help you." He said. Oh god he was so charming.

We walked together down the hall and he asked me a couple of questions and so did I, but I was a little nervous to ask him the one question I had on my mind all day. But I just asked him cause' I really wanted to know.

"Are you and Ethan..."I stopped. I could not continue.

"Friends?" He said.

"How did you know I was gonna say that!" I asked surprised.

He laughed. "Were actually best friends, I know he may seem really mean and heartless," He said. "But he is a really nice guy"

"I doubt that." I said under my breath.

So we had lunch at that time, and we sat at a table near a window,we kept on talking for about fifteen minutes.

"Do you have any siblings?" He asked.

"No, I am the only child." I said.

"Lucky" He said, "I have three siblings, and their annoying like hell." He said jokingly.

He was really funny and fun to hang out with.
I think I am officially in love with  him.

"Hey, are you free on Friday?" He asked.  As soon as he asked me that question. Ethan joined us on the table. Great. He just ruined my chance with Taylor. Ugh I really really hate that guy I thought to myself. Did he really have to ruin this moment for me? I thought about kicking him and shouting at him, but then I snapped back to reality and when "Mr. Show off" spoke.
"Hey Taylor." Ethan said. He totally ignored me.
"Hey Ethan." Taylor said. "I think you already met Alice, she's amazing." He said. I could feel myself blushing. Ethan looked at me and smiled.
"Alice." Ethan said in amusement. "Welcome to the school ." Ethan said with a evil smile.
