He starts leaning into a kiss and I push away. Because after all I just met him! Sure he's cute, sure he's nice but that doesn't mean everything.
Tyler " umm, I appreciate it but I'll have to turn it down. Well I'm gonna go find my car cya."
James "okay cya later."
So I'm walking around the parking lot I start heading towards where my car was. It wasn't there. Lillie took my car and left me there to sleep alone at a party with strangers. Maybe she's not as great of a friend as I had thought she was. Because who would leave their best friend at a party?!? Oh well she was probably drunk or something. But this is kinda unforgivable. Whatever I wonder what busses are running tonight. I check my phone. And of course... The last bus ran 15 minutes ago! Whatever I guess I'll walk and try to find my way. Just then something grabbed my arm.
Tyler "huh? What!"
James "calm down beautiful it's just me."
Tyler "okay?"
James "I never got the chance to ask your name."
Tyler " I'm Tyler. What's your name?"
James " the names James. You're name complements you very much."
Tyler "thanks?"
James "I wouldn't say it if it wasn't true."
Dang I'm sure my face is as red as a tomato. Okay stay cool Tyler stay cool. I wonder if he would give me a ride. I'll ask
Tyler "hey, umm. Woul..."
James " would you like a ride home?"
Haha I guess he can read my mind.
Tyler "sure, if you wouldn't mind."
James "yeah totally I'd do anything for a beautiful girl like your self."
Tyler "haha thanks. You really know how to make a girl blush haha."
We then jumped in the car. The music is turned down really low. I'm pretty sure that it's tic-tock by Ke$ha. I'm just waiting for him to say something.
James " so Tyler, can I get your number?"
Tyler " it's 801-857-8893."
James "okay sweet."
We pull up in front of my house and he turns off the engine like he was gonna come with me. I start gathering up my stuff and he opened my door for me. What a gentleman. I climb out.
Tyler "thanks!"
James "sure. You have a really nice house from what I can see."
Tyler "thank you. Well I better get inside before my parents start to worry."
James "okay good night!"
Tyler "goodnight"
I snuck inside so that my parents couldn't hear me. I couldn't risk waking them up. I rush up to my room and shut the door. I got into my pajamas and climbed into bed.
Ping. Then my phone goes off. It was
James.
