Chapter 18

-April's POV-

"Ross. Wake up baby." Stormie was trying to get him to take his meds. "Ross." You never would of known he was alive except his chest was moving and his heart monitor kept beeping. "Ross." He rolled over to his side and moaned a little.

I was playing with Ross' bangs. He was still asleep. Then his eyes opened and he pecked my lips and smiled. "Hello to you to." He giggled. "Someone's happy." "Yea." "And he speaks!" He stared at me wired then shook it off.

-Ross' POV-

"My tummy hurt." She kissed my tummy. "That didn't work." She got up and called the doctor. "I'm tired." I really was. The doctor said I just needed to take my meds. "No!" "Ross, they'll make you all better." "No they won't! I'll always be sick! Those stupid pills-" I started coughing. I coughed up blood... That happens a lot.... I relaxed the best I could but my body hurt! I don't wanna take the pills! I don't wanna!

"Ross, are you gonna be okay?" I was playing with Logan while me and April talked. "I don't know." "Why won't you take your pills? They'll help you." "No they won't." "I don't want you to die." She started crying. I gave her a hug and kissed her mouth. "No one lives forever." "Ross, your almost 18!" "I know." "Don't leave me." She was whispering now. "I can't promise that."
