Morning comes, You can hear someone in your room. You can't tell if you're dreaming or if there actually is someone there. "Miss (L/N)? Are you awake? Umm... My stomach is growling at me and I don't know how to cook." You realize who it is. You look at the clock, it's six in the morning. "Rin go back to bed... It's too early..." Rin takes the covers off your bed. "Please. My stomach won't stop growling unless I eat something." "Then have cereal." She takes the pillow out from under your head. "GET UP!!!" You get up to find your pillow and blanket thrown across the room. "Okay Rin, you win. I'm up. Now what do you want for breakfast?" She gives you a puzzled look. "I don't know. What do you usually eat?" "Pancakes sound good?" She nods and you both head down stairs. One pancake breakfast later the two of you are watching morning cartoons. "I remembered something last night. I had a dream about someone. They were trying to teach me something but, I couldn't understand what they were saying. However I remember how to summon my wings... Sort of." She closes her eyes and huge black wings appear on her back, knocking over things on nearby shelves. "Rin! Not in the house!" "S-Sorry!" The wings vanish and the tattoo on her back reappears. "Rin, guess who's cleaning this up." "Me? I'm sorry. In the dream they weren't so big. I'll clean this up..." She blushes, embarrassed by her mistake. She starts cleaning up the huge mess of the living room and you decide to go outside. Rin comes outside and tries to show her wings again. "I really didn't think they would be so big. I guess that should've been expected though. I mean they do have to carry me." "So can you fly?" She looks off and blushes. "No... I can't remember. But at least I know that angels fly. That helps." You leave the backyard and get a ladder from the garage. You also grab a helmet and an air mattress. "What's all that for?" "I'm going to re-teach you how to fly." You hand her the helmet and set up everything else. "What do I do with this?" "You wear it on your head. It's so you don't crack your skull when you try flying." She puts it on. It's backwards. "How does one see if it covers your eyes?" "That's cuz' you have it on wrong. Here let me help you." You fix her helmet properly. Her face is red. "YOU DIDN'T HAVE TO HELP ME! I-I COULD'VE DONE IT BY MYSELF!" "Sorry... I guess you don't need my help flying..." She suddenly stops. "N-No! I-I didn't mean it like that! I still need help flying! Please don't leave a poor flightless angel all alone!" "So you do want my help?" She nods, "Yes! Please!" "The roof might be a good spot to try. I have an air mattress just in case." She climbs the ladder onto the roof and attempts to fly. She gets a little airtime before falling onto the mattress, popping it. "Oh my gosh Rin... How did you manage to do that?" Rin starts tearing up. "I'm sorry... I failed already and I broke the air mattress." "Don't cry over it. I can just buy another one. Speaking of which, I need to go to the store. Do you want to join me?" She wipes back the tears and nods. "Okay... I may have some old clothes that might fit you." "Why can't I wear my clothes?" You sigh, "You'd stand out too much. Also you shouldn't have your wings out when we go to the store. You might scare people." She sits there on the flattened air mattress thinking it over. "Okay, I understand. But when we get back, I'm immediately changing back."
