"So, sticking true to the Just Write It Challenge I will not be going be back, while writing, to edit. I will be waiting until it's all done. If at any point it doesn't make sense or has some grammatical issues, please just skip them. I will be writing at least 1,000 words every chapter to complete the challenge in 10 chapters. " -- I wrote this when I first published in July 2016

"Every day our amazing and diverse community comes together to exchange experiences through storytelling.

Here at Wattpad, inclusivity, and support for the LGBTQ+ community are everyday pillars, and for all of June—Pride month—we're wearing our colors extra loud.

So for this month's #JustWriteIt challenge, we want you to tell a story exploring or celebrating the diverse experiences of the LGBTQ+ community.

Draw upon your own unique history, or take us inside the world of a fictional LGBTQ+ character (LGBTQ+ stands for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender/Transsexual, Queer/Questioning, the "+" stands for everything else, including, but not limited to: Intersex, Asexual, Aromantic, and Pansexual).

Beyond that, there are no rules—draw outside the lines, use whatever paintbrush you want! What makes your story colorful is also what makes it yours and we want to celebrate that.

Just make sure to tag your story with #JustWriteIt and #LGBTQ so others can find it.

Ready to write a rainbow? Let's get started!

I will write a story of at least 10,000 words over the next 30 days."

I am writing the entire story from a male perspective, which I have never done before, so bare with me. I do not wish to offend anyone. I just want to write, so if this story offends you please do not read it. Thank you for your time, and I wish you all a wonderful month! Happy readings!
