chapter eight

-Deans P.O.V-

Right after I asked Lucy to repeat what she mumbled cas walked in and he had a confused look on his face before I could say anything sam said "cas, you okay?" cas replied "I don't understand how orange correlates with black in a way that's new" confused Lucy turned to me and asked "what's he talking about" before I answered Lucy I said "Cas why don't you take a break from the Netflix" then I turned to Lucy and said "he's been watching orange is the new black in Netflix" "oh okay" she said. As Lucy spoke castiel turned his attention towards her and tilted his head like a confused puppy and said "Hello Lucy, condolences, how do you the Winchesters?" after he said this he made his way towards Lucy for a hug she got up and hugged hug then said "Well wings, long story short im their little sister" cas looked shocked then he asked "how long have you know Lucy?" "since I was born wings" as Lucy said this cas looked hurt I turned to Sammy he looked confused and asked me "how come they know each other" I shrugged then cas asked "why didn't you tell me Lucy" "well wings I wasn't in the mood after mom died to go find the boys and I knew you were most likely to take me to them I just needed to be alone. Im sorry I didn't tell you" the hurt look faded from cas's face as he said "it's okay Lucy, I forgive you although im confused-"Lucy but in and said "wings when aren't to confused" I couldn't help but laugh at what my little sister said cas continued "that's beside the point. im confused as to why you are here now it has been six years since your mother died" what cas said hit me like a ton of bricks I couldn't help but feel guilty that I didn't find out about her sooner I looked up to see to making her way to the steps to leave the bunker she said "I need to get some air" and left. Before I could do anything sam asked cas "how come you to know each other and how long did you say her mom been dead for" I wanted to go see if she was okay but I stayed to hear cas's answer. Cas answered "I was friends with her mother the last time I saw Lucy was at her mother's funeral which was six years ago" not wanting to hear anymore I left to go find Lucy and make sure she's okay. Once I left the bunker I saw her sitting on the hood of her '69 charger so I went and sat next to her and said "nice car why don't we go for a ride and get our mind of stuff maybe even get some food" "okay I do go for some pie." "Same here kiddo" me and Lucy got of her car then she turned to me and said "hey dean you want to drive" "hell yeah" I answered

-Lucy's P.O.V-

I tossed dean the keys to the charger then I got in and said "you wanna pick the music" whilst handing him my box of cassette tapes. "Nice selection. Van Halen ACDC Metallica" dean said "thanks I prefer classic rock to the new crap that's out now" dean sniggered then said "yeah same here" about 10 minutes later we were sitting at a diner both of us eating a slice of pecan pie. After about 5 minutes of awkward silence I spoke up and said "you not gonna ask me about my mom? Are you curios" "hell yeah im curious but it's obvious that you don't want to talk about so I not pushing" dead said with a sympathetic smile "thanks but I think I should talk about it" "you sure" "yeah. Okay so my mom died six years ago she was a hunter she met john on a hunt that they ended up working together, john came to see me if he was working a case nearby then we got a letter about three days after he died" as I said that I took out the note john sent me and my mom knowing I would need to talk I got it out the trunk before dean came out the bunker " skip three years of mom teaching me how to hunt taking me on a few she went on a hunt that she said was too dangerous for me to go on, it was a pack of werewolves at first we though 2 maybe 3 but when my mom didn't come back for three days I stared to worry so I went to the warehouse they were held up at and I found my mom's dead body with around 7 dead werewolves in the warehouse" as I finished my story dean got up and sat next to me and wiped away tears, wait tears I didn't realised I was crying, the he hugged me and said "im so sorry kiddo, you shouldn't of went through that" he pulled away from the hug then continued "if you want you can stay with me and Sammy there always a room for you if you need one" "you know I think I might take that offer dean" as soon I said that he had the biggest smile on his face. "awesome why don't we head back to the bunker and ill give you a tour" "sound like a plan but im driving" "sure thing kiddo"
