chapter two

{One week ago}

-Dean's P.O.V-

"Tell me again why I'm here" I asked sam. He had went to one of dads old storage units to see if he had anything on the darkness then I got a phone call from him saying that dad a hole load of nothing about the darkness but he found something else that could be important and made me drive 5 hours in a crappy car I had to hotwire to get there and he still hasn't told me what it was the was 'almost just as important as the darkness'

"Ok so I was digging through one of the boxes dad has and I found another journal of his" sam said "so..."I told him to continue

"So I read through it looking for anything to do with a hand of god or even the darkness and I found jack squat but I found this" sam said as he handed me the book. It was open on a page with the date 24th April 2000 at the top.

April 24th 2000

I just got a phone call from Vikki she said that she is 2 months pregnant. I'm about an hour's drive away I'll let dean finish this job I'm going to go see her.

I flicked through some of the pages then stopped at a page that had the date November 14th at the top

November 14th

The baby is due in a few days Vikki and I decided that we want to keep the sex of the baby a secret. I'm not sure if I want to tell the boys. I don't want anything to happen to this kid.

I skipped over to the next page

November 16th

I have a baby girl. We decided that she will have Vikki's last name, so that she will be safe I don't want that thing that killed Mary or any other supernatural being getting her to get to me or the boys. We name her Lucy, Lucy Mary Conroy.

I don't know how long I stood there staring at that page reading those words over and over. I have a little sister that I never knew about

"Do you think we should look for her" sam said after a while of me standing there. "I... I don't know" I stuttered "where would we start?" I asked sam "we could ask some hunters about a Vikki Conroy see if anyone knows her" "okay start asking"
