Life is an unexpected turn of events,
always taking that unplanned road.
Love will vanish before our eyes,
Cupid's arrow will bid his goodbyes.
The paths of friends will grow apart
leading each on their special journey.
Death comes knocking to soon,
disguised at the shining full moon.
Don't take anything for granted!
Not love, nor friends. Not life
nor the journey of a planned life.
Because you'll wake up one morning
to find everything you love or despise
gone. GONE like the fog at sunrise.
