Vic's POV--------------
To say the least, I was nervous. It was 11:00 and I was supposed to be picking up Kellin at 1:00. Me being me, I hadn't actually planned anything for today and now my laziness was biting me in the ass. After walking around the town we were in and asking Aaron and Tino about where we should go, I finally had the perfect date planned. Seeing it was already 12:00 I headed back to the bus to get ready.
Kellin's POV -----------------
Holy mother of fucking shit balls, I was so nervous for mine and Vic's 'date'. I couldn't find anything to wear. Button up shirt with skinny jeans and toms ? No, too dressy. Band tee with skinnys and vans ? Nah, too casual. Finally I settled on dark skinny jeans, an anthem made t-shirt and black converse. Seeing as it was 12:30, I went into the bathroom and fixed my hair to the best of my ability. When I was done, I asked the guys how I looked.
"Kellin, for the millionth time you look fine, stop acting so gay," Gabe said, slightly laughing but with a serious expression. The guys also laughed. This is why I loved my band mates. No matter what, they knew how to cheer me up. All the sudden, there was a knock on the door.
Vic's POV again --------------
I heard laughing coming from the bus. I slightly smiled to myself as I heard a high pitched giggle join in, belonging to the one and only Kellin Quinn. I gathered all my courage and knocked on the door. The laughter stopped. I quickly looked down at my outfit, hoping I looked okay. What if he thought I didn't care, considering I had a beanie on ? What if he didn't like what I had in mind for our date ? I was cut short of my bad thoughts when a beautiful smiling figure opened the door. His smile was contagious, I couldn't help but smile back.
"Hey," he said, you could here the smile and awkwardness in his voice. I mentally laughed to myself. This should be fun.
"Shall we go ?" I asked. I really couldn't wait to get out of there. He followed me out to the car I begged out tour manager to let be borrow.
"Soo where we goin," he asked,
curiosity lacing his voice.
"Somewhere my dear Kellin, somewhere," I said, holding in a laugh. God he was so adorable.
A few minutes later, Kellin broke the silence to once a again ask if we were there.
"I said almost, be patient Kells," I replied.
"But you said that last time. Plus, we're, like, in the middle of the woods."
I stayed silent, keeping my eyes on the road. I smirked to myself. He was going to love it. About 10 minutes later, we finally arrived. I opened Kellin's door for him and made him close his eyes. When I told him he could open, his mouth made an 'O' shape, and his eyes widened in shock.
"It's beautiful," he whispered.
Kellin's POV-------------
My first thought was, it's beautiful. I don't know how Vic found this place, but god it was amazing. There was a flowing river fed by a small waterfall behind which you could faintly see the outlines of a cave. Surrounding the beautiful landscape were lush green trees and small bushes. In the middle next to the lake was a sort of small clearing which had a small blanket and picnic basket laying on top of it. Oh my god this is paradise ((A/N another song reference dear jesus)). I looked over at Vic, and he was smirking.
"So I'm guessing you like it," he asked, well more stated. You could hear the smirk in his voice. I smiled.
"Of course Vic, how did you find this place ?" I asked, actually very curious.
He smiled. "I have my ways."
We walked over to the picnic. Along the way, my hand brushed his. I blushed and in response, he grabbed my hand and intertwined our fingers. I looked up and saw him smiling out of the corner of my eye. We sat down and started talking about anything and everything while eating our food. It was nice. Now the food was done and we started talking slower and slower. I noticed that Vic has moved incredibly closer to me, not that I minded. When I looked up his nose was a centimeter away from mine.
"Hello," I whispered.
"Shut up and kiss me now," he replied (A/N atl song reference holla)).
I smiled and said," Gladly."
With that he pushed our lips together and I was in pure ecstasy. Our lips felt like they were made for each other, I felt like he was the missing puzzle piece in me. For a second, I felt happy. Soon though, we both had to pull away due to lack of air. He smiled at me, and I smiled back.
"Wow," he breathed.
//insanely short chapter, I know. I felt bad about leaving you all hanging for a week, so I wrote this real quick. I've been reading jalex fanfics and crying all day and my mom bought me jack in the box and doughnuts, so I was busy :). Anyways, I plan on making a much better and longer chapter tomorrow. Oh and sorry about all the song references. I don't know about you, but they make me laugh for a full 12 minutes. idk well I guess this is goodbye ??
