Hanging By A Thread

Chapter 1. Pisces

I got up and got on my clothes on, I'm sad summers almost over. Tonight me Cancer, Leo, Libra and Gemini are going skating. Before I did anything I went over to my computer. Skype was already open so i went into a call chat. I typed in 'Hey how is everyone?' I got some responses mostly saying hey and I'm good.

I got up after talking for and texted cancer to meet me at the park. It was a small park but a nice one. I looked in the mirror checking myself over and over again, and then I walked away assuring myself I looked good. My hair was in a braid. I grabbed my earbuds and walked to the park.

Cancer was already there and said playfully, "What took so long? I mean you look great but, you look great in a tee and shorts."

I scowled at him "Hey its the last day better look nice!"

"We are not going skating until later. Nice braid by the way." He responded

We talked for awhile and before we knew it we got texts from Libra and Leo. Oh time to go! I ran and got my wallet, grabbing Cancer's wrist and dragging him into my car.

We made it there, Libra and Leo waiting for us. We walk in And get our skates and such. I look around noticing the amount of people here.

I grab Cancer's arm and drag him out onto the skate rink, letting go of Cancer I race with Leo, he winds but not by much. Leo yells "Slow poke!"

"Lets see how fast you can go with someone on your back" before Leo knew it I was on his back.

"Oh my god Pisces you are light." He said

I yelled "Faster, Skate like the wind!"

Libra and Cancer were laughing, Cancer almost fell over because of it. I felt Leo start to fall back, and I screamed "Oh god, Haaaalp!"

I feel to th ground Leo laying on me and I say, "Off me you fatty," jokingly.

He playfully looked hurt and got up. Some guy almost fell over us and yelled, "Get out of the way"

He had black hair with red tips, piercing blue eyes, mostly covered by a hood, but from what I could see he was kinda edgy.. I loked at Cancer and Libra yelling "Edgelord alert! Edgelord alert!"

He seemed to glare back at me long enough that he slammed into another person. Me, Cancer, Libra, and Leo burst out lauhing. "Lets go get some food guys," I managed through laughs.

We all get some food and then we get back to skating. I grabbed Libra's arm and skated as fast as I could with her screaming in tow. I slowed down and let her sit. I went out alone for a bit, I pulled out my phone and when I looked up that Edgelord was trying to cut me off. I skated faster and tried to cut him off. I instead slammed into him. Well more like fell. I fell on top of him and then rolled over. He screamed at me "What the hell do you think you were doing?"

I rolled my eyes and responded, "Having fun, duh."

"Well stay out of my way." He said after skating off.

I skated over to my friends and said "Lets go home, its getting close to closing time."

They agreed and the night ended, well not for me. I got on my computer first thing I got home
