(1) The Beginning

Rubbing my forehead, I stare out into the road. The pounding behind my eyes could only be described and mimicked by Native American war drums. It felt and sounded like someone was beating the drums of thunder just behind my eyes. Clenching my teeth for the last thirty minutes was probably not doing my aching head any good.

Leaning back on to my seat, I close my eyes to rest my pain and shut the world out for me to catch up on some sleep, waiting until I have arrived at the hotel.

Not being able to rest peacfully in a quiet area, I start to think about what my next mission is probably going to be about. A heist? Or maybe a murder case or even better a kidnapping. Just so many things running in my mind currently at just the thought of it. Which I won't know until we check into this hotel and recieve a phone call from headquarters on what to do next.

I have never been to this hotel before or never even heard of in my 5 years of working as A secret agent. Oh yeah by we I mean my husband Johnny Moon we met in a recovery mission that we were sign into, we were really great partners and occasionally he made me laugh a couple of times when we were on the mission, then the day after the mission that day was the day me and him were mean't for each other. Till then we haven't been working very much together, but it still hasn't stopped us from seeing each other when we have time.

RING

Oh my gosh they are early, I open my eyes struggling to see what or who is calling me. I see its says H.Q, I cringly try to answer the phone and report

"Hello?"

"Agent 30, Is this you?"

"Yes it is"

"Ok well how is Agent 28 and you doing, because you both are half way across the world?"

"We both are doing well. So what is our mission this time?"

"Ok well since chief, Knows that you both are good in achiving your missions he is assigning you a big heist."

"I groaned to myself in my head, replied "Ok please report the details".

"Well this time its planned we have found out a time and date from inside resources of when it is going to happen. So we need you both to stop this and find the person that they are taking orders from. Along we are bringing 3 more Agents to help. So the rest is up to you, Ok? So Goodluck".

"Thanks" is the only thing i can say while emotionless

"Hello?"

"Wake Up, were here."

I wake up from a light sleep, rubbing my eyes with both of my hands, Still not able to see what is going on. I finally open my eyes, everything is blurred because my eyes are still trying to adjust to the bright day light. My eyes finally adjust, I see my husband Johnny right in front of me, we both smile at each other and I say at him while I start to take off my seat belt.

"Were finally here, how long was I asleep?"

"Not that much, only for about 10 minutes" he tells me while helping me getting out of the SUV.

"Well here we are at the most
beautiful hotel in paris" he says with a smirk on his face.

I start to look around the interior of the building because of its gorgeous artistic look. Especally the greek statues holding up the flags along with the golden linings on the windows especially the entrance has a arch way along with pillars and the long red carpet with a golden little tent that lead us to the door way. We give our bags to the bellhop in the entrance then he follows us.

Johnny leads out his hand to grab a hold of mine.

I cross my arms aound my chest and tell him with a confused look quoting "Umm remember we can't show affection, its against the rules of both of us on this mission. Our cover could be blown"

He rolls his eyes at me mumbling "Oh yeah I forgot"

I push him forward and stated "Oh come on, lets check us into the hotel"

We walk into this cold building greeted by a man in a red suit along with a smile saying "Welcome to the Rose dorée please enjoy your stay the check in desk right over there" He addressed pointing towards the direction.

Approaching the desk with a lady behind the counter, she seems very busy but I still go up to her. I hear the sound of little clicks on top of me, finally noticed that Im under a big shiny chandelier with little crystals hanging from it along the edges from it.

We finally reach the desk of the lady behind the counter she then looks up from her computer screen adjusting her glasses she says in a french accent "Hello welcome to Rose dorée, what are your names?"

I go first and say "My name is Ang--- Oh sorry I mean Jessica"
As I noticed I almost messed up my cover of what were assigned to. Johnny goes next and says "My name is Jacob"

She types something in her computer and states "Ok your room will be in the Luxury Suite which has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, Its on the 7th Floor" She gives us our room keys and we both make our way to the elevators. We follow the bellhop towards the elevators.

We both walk out of the elevator, stepping onto a red carpet with white lines in a shape of designs along with the peach colored walls. We both start walking down the hallway struggling to find our room, suddenly Johnny finds it and calls me over. I finally walk into this big living room with white everywhere I see white couches white chairs, white carpets and so much white, it almost looks like Im in heaven. Johnny takes our bags and gives the bellhop a tip and leaves with a smile on his face.

Im watching tv switching through channels starting to get sleepy from my small headache that has calm down alittle. I see johnny coming out of his room walking over to the kitchen to get sometging to snack on. While he is searching I ask him"Umm Johnny Im alittle hungry to, suprise me with whatever" I look back at the TV. He walks over sitting himself right next to me handing me a bag of chips along with a sandwich he made for himself.

Its starting to get alittle late for me so I tell Johnny "Hey Im getting a tired, so Im goin to sleep right now. See you in the morning"I wave at him and he waves back looking back at the RV.

OMG THIS IS MY FIRST STORY. I HOPE YALL LIKE IT. IM GOING TO CONTINUE ON THIS STORY FOR AWHILE.
