Huehue, I drew her on paper and then redrew her one this app that I love :3
Her name is Ruru Kiseki, based on my other OC on Anime Amino. I also based her off Ene from Mekaku City Actors, I really loved her design and how she looked so I decided, "I'll make an OC that uses Ene's colors but my design :D"
So this is the finally result, it's sucky but I love her so much *^*
