This is o8.02's Error Form.
Error Form: Despite looking damaged and worn out, 08.02's Error Form is a disguise to fool enemies. A way to make enemies think she is weak but she truly isn't. Being her first form, it isn't as powerful as her other (currently unknown) forms. However don't let your guard down when she raises her claw.
Powerful enough to cause the ground to crack, with one hit, she could rip out pieces of flesh.
In her other hand is plasma, it can only be used for short amounts of time due to the fact that it can kill her if used wrongly.
