Far far away in a land you have never heard of called Petersburg their was a human princess and a fire spirit prince. They were the best of friends. As they grew older their feelings began to grow for each other to the point that they were madly in love. But being royals they had to fulfill their duty of ruling their kingdom now that they were older. They ruled over two different realms with meant they rarely saw each other, and only when it was of a royal matter.
But one day, when the many rulers of Petersburg toured each others kingdoms the now Fire Spirit King proposed to the Queen of the Humans. They married soon after and had a child by the name of Easton. They were happy.
But then one night the young prince Easton disappeared. The king and queen blamed the other of taking the baby for them selves. They were divorced the very next day and the queen declared war on all non-humans, as she believed that they had all conspired against her.
The story you are reading takes place in the 14th year of this war in which the Humans, with their exceeding numbers, are taking hold of all non-humans.
