Chapter 16 - It's gunna be a bumpy ride

Johnny's POV

'dude, you need to get some rest' said jake as he nelt down next to me, ive been in the same position crouching next to Jessie for 4 hours, and she still wont wake up, my wolf wont accept that she has gone, she cant be gone, i love her.

'im not leaving her side jake' i growled, he stepped away and walked into the kitchen. i could here him rummaging about with soething in the cuboards, but i had no idea what. about 5 minutes later he came out with a samll jar, i couldnt really see what was in the jar but i didnt care, i rested my head on the edge of the sofa next to Jessie, were she was still lying there..lifeless.

'ere' he said handing me the small jar like bottle. i didnt move, i started the feel hot tears come down my sore red cheeks as i looked up at Jessie. jake rubbed my back to comfort me, but it didnt help. i stood up next to him.

'what's in the jar' i asked wiping away my tears. i bet i looked pathetic right now, an alpha crying, but i didnt care what people thought, i wanted her back.

'i'll tell you when you get back' he replied putting them on the table.

'what do you mean, when i get back, im not going anywere' i said a bit angry that he would think i would leave her.

'go take a hot shower, you need one to simmer down' he said giving me a pat on the back practilly shoving me up the stairs, i didnt even know were the showers were since we were still in jacks house. after acouple of minutes of arguing i reluctanly agreed and went upstairs were i found jessie's room she was sleeping in, i could still smell her scent, which made me cry agian.

i gulped hard and wiped the tears, i stripped and found a towel, turned on the shower in the bathroom and got in the hot shower, i slid down the back of the shower and sat on the shower floor, still crying over Jessie, i tried to concentrate on my breathing to stop crying, in out in out, i told myself, but it didnt work, i hugged my knees up to my chest and closed my eyes, and remembering jessie, the first time i met her i knew she was the one, when i saw her deep blue eyes, her long brown hair, the freckles on her nose, and the odd freckle on her ear that i nibbled, the way i kissed her soft lips, her voice that sounded like music to my ears, the way she walked, then i remembered our date, the picnic was going so well, but because i wasnt at her side, that monster took her, took my mate, took my ture love, i stood up and punched the wall causing the shower to stop.

i was breathing hard now, i pinched the top of my nose and concentrated trying not to get angry. i shoved open the bathroom door and wanderd to my clothes, i put them on and walked out the room down the stairs, i'm missing Jessie that much it's like i can hear her voice. wait. i can hear her voice.

 i sprinted to the room were she was, and sure enough she was sitting up next to her brother, jake, she ear me walking in to the room and looked at me dead in the eye. it was like every thing had gone in slow motion the way i bent down and picked her up bridal style and spinning round in a circle, like in one of thoose romantic comedies.

when the world stopped going in slow motion i gentely sat her down on my lap, once agian i felt tears fall down my cheeks, but this time, it was because off how happy i am at this moment.
