My Alpha Mate And My Beta Brother (Completed)

Chapter 1 - This Is Me!

First werewolf story, please read on, hopefully it wont be as bad as you think :)

I loved feeling the the wind flow through my furr. My eyes watering because I was going to fast and the wind was hitting my eyes. Twigs breaking as my paws barley touched the floor. I was faster than my beta brother but only abit faster. I was the most powerful girl wolf in America and my brother was the beta of the biggest most powerful pack in the world I think. It sure is massive though.

 I've never seen the alpha but he is the most powerful. He has been in australia for the past 6 years, with his sick dad and he left my brother in charge. He did a great job, me and my brother have been so close, nothing has ever come between us. 

**Cant keep up Jake?** I thought to him.

**funny arnt you,** he replied sarcastically.

He sped up, but I kept infront. 

**Ok then. first one home wins?** I purposed.

We both were running as fast as we could go, me in front obviously.

We were running through the woods, it was big, we were coming up to the lake, the only place we ever had pack meetings. We ran the full leanth of it, it was about as big as 6 football pitched put together, our house was near the lake, i loved it.

**I'm gunna beat you** I taunted him. I heard him get closer to me as he did, we were running right next to the lake.

**Now your the funny one, you couldnt beat me ever if you pushed me in the lake** 

I felt this paw on my side, then a force came on mi I was in human form now.

In the lake.

The little cheating shit.

I swam to the edge and climed out, changed back into wolf form and sprinted back to the house. 

As I came up to the house I could see Jake standing there in human form putting some jeans on, laughing at me. 

When I got to the house I changed back and went up the stairs to the house. 

Oh yeah, I'm Jessie by the way. I'm 17 and gladly haven't found my mate yet. I dont want to find my mate, I want to be indipendant. 

My brother is also17 now and he found his mate about 3 or 4 months ago. She's called Rosie. Shes my best frien, but her and Jake have been spending like every minute together. Its pathectic.

I live in a house with my parent, near the lake, and just on the edge of the woods. Its perfect. My mum is called Grace  and my dad is called Chris, He used to be the Alpha but couldnt do it anymore since he got injured while in a fight and Chris was too young to become Alpha so Jakes best friend, the Alpha, - dont know his name - was a year older, He was the only choice, so he became Alpha, there was no one else that they could trust, He was only 10 but thats the age you have to be beofre you are allowed to know about Wolves and turning, then the Alphas dad got seriously ill, so he left Jake in charge whikle he was gone. He's been gone for 6 years, but there is rumurs he is coming back. 

Well I bet hes the ignorant kind, most Alphas are. My unlce is an Alpha, in England, never seen him before and to be honest, I dont want to He was the person that hurt my dad, My dad said he wanted to kill me to get back at him for killing his girlfriend. my dad didnt do it, but my uncle never belived him. 

They got in this fight, and my dad got injured but my uncle ran away and went back to England when the pack ran after him. Serves him right.

I was at home now and having tea, my favourite mince mash and yorkshire puddings :) nom nom nom. 

"So kids, have a nice run today?" my dad asked, rasising his eyebrow

"Erm ... dont know what your talking about dad," said Jake, looking at me really guiltily. 

We were grounded because we had a house party last weekend when my parents were away, but trust me, it was worth it, we had alchol, jacuzzi, food, everything, it was just plain epic! But the getting caught. not so good. 

"I saw you coming back from the woods," said my mother serving out the mince.

"Shit," I mutterd

"I heard that Jessica!"

"Its Jessie, mum." 

After tea, we got sent to our rooms, I know, its like were little kids, but oh well. I'm tired anyway. 

"Jake, are the rumors true...about the Alpha coming back?" I asked before he went to his bedroom.

He slowly turned around.

"Dont tell anybody, but he is suppost to be coming on Thursday. His dad died so he is coming to live with his grandma, you know the one down the road, livng next to the corner shop? Well shes his grandma," as he said this, he turned around and went to his room. 

I went into my room and looked at the clock, it was 10:59 PM. I'm apsolutey shatard. 

I got changed in my vest top and PJ bottoms, jumped on my bed and snuggled down to my cover. I felt my eyes become heavier, eventually my eyes shut and I fell asleep wondering what the alpha would be like.
