December 10
He looked up to see a small red little human squirming in the doctor's arms. Troye's mouth dropped and he stood up. There she was, his little girl. She was right there, fidgeting in the arms of the female surgeon named Dr. Stewart. She was so tiny. Just a little bigger than his two hands together.

The doctors had to stitch up Connor and get him to the inpatient rooms, and the other doctors had to run a few checks on Hadleigh. After that, the nice surgeon named Dr. Stewart promised Troye that he could hold her. Connor's family was in the waiting lounge near there, and one of the doctors led Troye to share the exciting arrival.

Troye couldn't stop smiling. Connor was healthy and coming of his anesthesia, his little girl was alive and well, though she was going to need to be incubated and have some breathing aids for a while, but Troye could not be any happier.

All of Connor's relatives stood up when they saw Troye coming. "Right in here." Said the doctor who escorted him. "Thank you so much for everything." Replied Troye. Everyone began crowding around him. "Well..." Started Troye. "Everybody's fine. She's a beautiful little girl."

There were a bunch of congratulations being said simultaneously. Troye felt proud, but he wanted to be holding her. Holding Connor, too. Connor had been through so much. He was so proud of him.

Now, Hadleigh was brought to Connor's room where everyone was showering the new happy family with hugs and kisses and congratulations. Troye skyped his family, and they immediately picked up, to which they were greeted by Connor's parents and siblings, and beaming Connor, and an ecstatic Troye holding the sleeping Hadleigh.

"OH MY GOD! COME ON!
HURRAY! LOOK!" Troye's mom was shouting behind her. Troye's family must be at his parents' house at the moment, because they all came flooding to the monitor of Troye's laptop at once, nudging each other to get a better look at Hadleigh.

"What a darling!" "She's so cute!" "How precious!" All at once, all these praises could be heard through the shitty speakers of Troye's laptop. Even across the world, people were in love with Hadleigh as much as they were here in Minnesota.

Everyone was in love. The whole extended family. Hadleigh was surrounded by so much love, it was beautiful.

Nichola got a cute picture of Connor holding Hadleigh in his bed with Troye leaning over, everyone smiling brightly. They both posted the picture on their twitters and instagrams  saying " Welcome to the world Hadleigh Grace Franta Mellet, born on December 10th at 8:47 p.m. 2.6 lbs/1.17 kg. We love you so much already."

Tiny baby Hadleigh. Idk how I thought of her name, I like it though. The picture up top is a stock photo of what a baby born at 28 weeks looks like and my inspiration for her descriptions. Thanks for the love so much- Emma Franc
