Jet lag is a bitch.

Staying up all night is also a bitch.

Forgetting you are now in a house of boys is the baddest bitch.

Naturally, I wake up and I'm starving. So I launch myself out of bed and shuffle down the hallway, opening my Twitter on my phone. I searched the cabinets for something to eat while scrolling through the tweets. My hand landed on a box of cereal and I pulled it down. Something moved from the corner of my eye and I immediately turned towards it. I jumped when I saw Jack leaning against the wall, watching me in my search for food.

"Damn, Jack, you scared me,"
I said, and turned to jump on the counter and eat my cereal. My cheeks were already starting to heat up as I began wondering how long he was watching me. He walked over to me and dug in the box for some cereal as well. I quietly looked over his features, noticing how there were faint dimples lining the corners of his mouth. I turned to grab my phone before he noticed I was staring.
"Where's Conor?"
I asked. Jack pulled out his own phone and hopped on the counter beside me.

"He went to Tesco to go get food since we have absolutely nothing,"
He reached over and grabbed more cereal. I hummed in response, still tired from last night. As I was still mindlessly scrolling over my phone, Jack threw an arm around my shoulders. I glanced over at him and raised my eyebrow.

"Wha-"
I was interrupted by a shutter sound in front of me. Jack's phone was open to snapchat and displayed, actually, a really cute picture of us. I was staring at him and he was cheekily smiling at the camera.
"Jaaaack,"
I whined, as his hand still hung around my shoulders. He posted it to his story and shut off his phone. I sat, munching on my cereal.

"I'm going out today, you should come with me,"
Jack said, slowly pulling his arm off my shoulder.

"Okay, but where are we going?"
He slid off the counter and I followed, waiting for his answer. Jack turned around to face me as he walked backwards.

"When Conor gets back we have to go,"
Was all he said. With a smile he shut the door to his room and I was left standing in the hallway in my oversized Metallica tee and black shorts.

---

The front door swung open as Conor shuffled in with multiple bags.

"It would be great if someone could help me!"
He yelled from downstairs. I was still getting ready to go to our mystery location. I grabbed a couple things, stuffed them in my bag and ran downstairs. Conor looked up from the bag and gestured to the open door. I glanced down the hallway to Jack's room to see the door still closed. Was he just joking? Am I just stupid? I grabbed a couple bags from the car and started to walk back inside, still paranoid about how I was so eager. I was just stepping into the doorway when I ran into Jack's slightly taller frame.

"Oh-"

"Let's go,"
He said, grabbing my arm and pulling me back outside. I had dropped the grocery bags when I ran into Jack.

"Bye Conor I'll see you when I get back,"
I called through the open door and giggled as I heard his groan of frustration. Jack jumped into the car and I did the same.
"So where are we going?"
I asked and Jack turned to back out of the driveway. His eyes studied me for a second before his eyes darted through the back window.

"It's a surprise,"
He smiled and I shook my head. We pulled away from the house and I started to worry about where we were going.

"Can I trust you?"
I joked and Jack looked confused.
"That you're not taking me to some random alley to murder me,"
I laughed and he let out a small giggle.

"I sure hope so,"
